Every trip to Ashland includes a trip to Ashland Baking Company, and I usually don't need anything, but leave there buying something. Whenever I need a special little treat to celebrate an event for someone special I'll pick up a pretty little tart or some fabulous tasting dessert for one or more. My favorites are their bread of the day... More

I like to visit often for lunch and grab one of their delicious sandwiches make fresh each and every day. Everyday has a different variety of sandwiches. Top that off with the best ginger ale around and a brownie and we are in business!

Breads are fantastic. Get there early! They go fast. Everything we bought was just wonderful. The smells are great as well.

This is a wonderful bakery! We stopped for coffee and picked up blueberry scones that were still warm. They were unlike any scones I've had before. We had to return the next day only to find they had fresh raspberry scones! We also picked up a loaf of Asiago Cheddar Bread and their specialty Diner bread, both delicious. The clerk... More

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Amazing little bakery. We love the bread of the day. Snicker doodle cookies are amazing and I love the coffee while the Fam grabs a treat. Ask for the breads sliced. Today's treat is sourdough for us. Grab a look for dinner or pack a lunch for the beach and pick up he bread on the way. Have a... More

Dreamed about the Pear almond tart last night! Luckily, brought an extra home! Fabulous crusty sourdough breads also.

They have the best cinnamon rolls you will ever. They have a coating on that tastes like they are dipped in honey., they melt in your mouth. They are huge and it's hard to eat the whole thing, but so good you can't stop till its gone.

I can easily summarize my trip here. My wife and I had this place on the list because of all the good reviews we read here. We stopped in the morning on the way to whatever we were on to that day and got a few Danishes (Danishi? not sure on the plural) and a few loaves of bread we... More

You can't miss this bakery. Wonderful goodies. Wonderful breads (cranberry nut) is my favorite. But oh my the cinnamon rolls are totally amazing! One roll will serve 4. But I confess, I have eaten the whole roll more than once. I bought a single choc. Cake for my Mother in laws 90th birthday. They are out of this world wonderful!... More
