Typical Bahia food. I had lunch there a few times and its really good. If your into Prawns and a stew type food - you must try the Muqueca. If its really busy you might not get the culinary experience your looking for - but its solid and you will enjoy it.

This restaurant basically serves typical dishes like moqueca. They have seafood moqueca, shrimp moqueca and fish moqueca. They also have steaks, chicken , etc but it's not its best food. The restaurant is casual and they have women dressed like "baianas" serving the food. The price is average. Try the caipiroscas, made with vodka and typical fruits from from Bahia... More

Great place, as starter we ask for siri casquinha, and for dish amazing siri mole and shrimp moqueca. Very well served, many siders to moqueca (corda bean is amazing). We ate Shrimp bobó too, was very well. Great place, a little noisy.

We have the best Muqueca I have been tasted. The source is very balance and taste. We had shrimp and pescada amarela muqueca. Marvelous. We visit another Kimukeka'a restaurant in Itapua beach. I loved the place, in front the beautiful beach, attendees are very efficient. I really recommend.

We had the BEST bobo de camarão ever! Service is outstanding. Food was ready in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious. It says it's for two... but it's more than enough for 3 people. Don't forget to put a few drops of the spicy pimenta bahiana that comes on the side... just be careful, one single drop in... More
