This second floor restaurant has freshly prepared organic foods that were completely delicious and tasty. When we had lunch (the only meal served), they had tilapia or salmon. Desserts and drinks were excellent. This restaurant works on the "by the kilogram" method for pricing. We had lunch for 2 for about $30. The staff speaks limited English.

We went in by chance and were delighted with the taste and the choices. It's not a vegetarian restaurant, they also do have dishes of poultry, meat and fish. Very nice fresh and affordable food. Free tea/coffee. You can see several locals popping in during their work lunch break. We had a table right by the window overlooking the main... More

Ramma is one of my favourite restaurants in Salvador. It is touted as a vegetarian restaurant but they do also offer fish and chicken. It is buffet style, where you serve yourself and then weigh your plate, (comida a kilo) where someone notes down what the weight is so you know what to pay at the end. What I love... More

The restaurant is serving a lunch buffet with a huge variety of vegetarian food and fish as well. All of it was really tasty and priced by the weight. The place is nice with the views to the historical squre. And it´s also very clean and you can easily enjoy fresh food, which you might otherwise have doubts about in... More

This is a small pay by the kilo restaurant overlooking the main square. The décor was far more sophisticated than you normally get in a pbtk spot. Pleasant staff and if you get a table by the window a lovely atmosphere. I think it is only open at lunchtime.

A simple, light meal! Good value for money, They say it's vegetarian, but they do serve chicken and fish so some good options there too. Only open to for lunch.

I just want to make sure every vegetarian visiting Salvador knows about this restaurant! I'm not even vegetarian and I still go there every time I'm in Salvador, they have such delicious food - and different dishes all the time. Its a per kilo buffet, with fresh salads, dressings, quiches, pies, risotos, pizzas, wholemeal breads, grilled veges and other vege... More

The restaurant is part of good natural food options in Salvador since 1987. Over these 31 years, due to increased demand for healthy foods, there was the need for improvement. Some changes in designs and structural were made, making the environment more beautiful and more comfortable.
The food in the restaurant Ramma Salvador inaugurated a new concept of baiana's food. Healthy, made with the finest ingredients from the market and, therefore, presenting the best quality, has been chosen as an alternative to big events: tasteful and awareness about how good nutrition can influence other sectors of life.
