We ate here for dinner one night and had excellent service and the best acai I have had. Our group enjoyed the main dishes but some of the meat was over cooked and and not very flavorful. The acai was excellent and you can watch them as they prepare it right in the open kitchen. The acai with bananas and... More

As someone who is visiting the north region of Brazil, you probably know what great fruit Açaí is.This place has one the greatest Açaí I have ever tried, it's very cosy and modern in the same time and it offers other amazing food are as well, although very typical. Besides Açaí, you should try Tapioca, Tacacá (kind of a shrimp... More

The best açai of northern Brazil, like a frozen. Açaí options with and without organic sugar. Very unique fish dish. I tasted the true regional food here in Manaus. Friendly service with attentive wait staff. Fill in the satisfaction survey when visiting the place, they do promotions and sweepstakes.

Food is really good, but the waiters are usually on a bad mood and forgetting all about you. When the place is packed it can take you an hour to get what you ordered.

For the true lovers of Acai, Waku Sese is a must try place. The restaurant was first opened as a sort of amazonic traditional food luncheonnete in Vieiralves neighboorhood in Manaus. The business consolidated its fame and expanded throughout the city via franchising. My suggestion is to ask for the full half a liter bowl of Acai (acai na tijela)... More

It's a great restaurant with varied regional food, where you can experience from various flavors of tapioca (pancake made with cassava flour) to several fish (Tambaqui, Arapaima, etc.) and turtle meat! Besides all this, the desserts are very good ... recommend trying açaí in the bowl!

Not so long ago, this restaurant use to be a lot better...now they serve tacaca in a mug...anyway! The acai is very good, but the service is ridiculous...it's not so pricy. I recommend.

Waku Sese is a chain restaurant in Manaus. I've been corrected by locals that claim that it is not a chain restaurant (because I believe it is only here in Manaus), but they have little shops in the malls, as well as full restaurants, serving Acai and other local specialty desserts...just like McDonald's. The location in Vieralves is just one... More
