Buffet was not well replenished with a lot of items running low. The food was average and there could be more variety.

We went here for dinner on Christmas Day, since it was one of the few places open. It's pretty expensive ($28 per person), for what you get. Not a lot of selections... there was an Asian food section, which was lame. Crappy sushi and rubbery potstickers. The prime rib was ok, but really fatty. The crab was decent. The desserts... More

I have heard this buffett was very good however I decided to try it yesterday and I was not impressed. So lets start with the list of what didnt work. The Briskett was very fatty, the ham was over cooked, the potstickers had a tecture of plastic, There were very few hot veggies only brocollii which was under cooked or... More

Was there just a few days ago. Clean, bright, friendly service and the food quality is excellent. Karen my server was outstanding. Checked on me at least 4 times and would anticipate your needs offering steak sauce when returning fro the line with steak. Their salad station is excellent, fresh and lots of options. For $ 19.00 a great value.... More

I recently had Thanksgiving in the Spice Bay buffet and was very disappointed. Food was overall very disappointing. Even though I got there earlier in the day, food did not taste super fresh and seemed like was under heat lamp too long. A lot of stuff was dry or overcooked or not fresh tasting. The only reason it doesn't get... More

I honestly thought it would be worse.. Went around 5:30 pm so business was steady but not packed. Server was very helpful and friendly and checked back often. The buffet ranges from Mongolian (not bad) to salmon to pizza and carved meats. Desserts were limited but covered about all the basics. The temperature of the food was good but not... More

Thought I would give them another try.Took some friends from out of town. This used to be the best buffet in the state now it could be close to the worst. I always loved it when it was the Seafood buffet with Dugeness and king Crab every night now even the crapy snow crab is extra. Sad to see the... More

The Spice Bay had a nice variety of dishes, and a couple that were poorly prepped. The pot stickers were burned and the "Asian pasta" was regrettable. Everything else was good and satisfying. Unfortunately, most selections weren't tagged and we kind of had to guess what we were getting, which was especially inconvenient with the selections in covered pans where... More

Not quite as good as two years ago, but still pretty nice. Salmon was great, lots of options. Even gluten free desserts.
