Tacos de Pescado Al Pastor
Come try the delicious Tacos de Pescado Al Pastor at Frida’s Gourmet Mexican Cuisine! It is cod, marinated and sauteed in achiote chilies, on corn tortillas, topped with avocado slices, grilled pineapple and balsamic reduction, served on a bed of wild greens. Now that sounds amazing!

Our biggest flour tortilla with your choice of steak or chicken with bell peppers and onion. Served with avocado, lettuce, cream and pico de gallo.
Leonora Carrington
Sauteed zucchini, mushrooms, onions, red and green bell peppers, placed on an apple sauce, with cotjia cheese and creamy sauce. Served with black beans and rice.
Chicken Mole Poblano
Sauteed strips of chicken served with our delicately blended complex Mole sauce made with six different chilies. Roasted almonds, cinnamon, piloncillo, raisins, and a light touch of Mexican chocolate. Finished with toasted sesame seeds.
Steak Carlos Merida
Grilled strips of steak, green onions and nopales (cactus) with a roasted tomato, garlic, oregano, chilies, puya sauce and a splash of tequila. Served with avocado, sour cream, pico de gallo and tortillas. Presented in a molcajete stone.
Cristobal Villapando
Named​ after Mexican painter Cristobal Villapando, this gourmet meal is made with sauteed scallops, shrimp, mussels, clams, onions, mushrooms and zucchini served in a mojo de ajo (roasted garlic) sauce.
