It was near our hotel and we didn't want anything fancy, just dinner about 8:30 or 9 pm. Don't expect a cheesy pepperoni pizza here. They are thin crust exotic combinations. Good flavor, nice service and good salads to round out dinner. Three of us split two pizzas and each had a side salad. Decent value.

Piola is a local lunch favorite for my office. My most recent visit was with co-workers and I ordered the Gnocchi with the tomato sauce and the lunch salad, which was a great combination. Excellent service while seated at the bar as always.

After an all day flight, we walked from our hotel in Arlington and we were pleased to get seated right away. We had salads (caesar and artistotele) then pizza (I had the Rossa) & penne pasta, and finished with dessert (#704). Everything was fresh and good. Pizza's are large enough I brought back two pieces I couldn't finish. They must... More

I've been here a number of times and the pizza is consistently good. The crust is thin but still a little chewy, with just the right amount of crispness. It's sauced like you would expect in Europe: light, fresh, pinkish instead of the deep red we get in the US. During happy hour, you can get one of these pizzas... More

We ate there in July and found the food to be quite good. One couple in our group had an infant who prompted their early departure and the staff was very accommodating and expressed concerns about the child. I would definitely eat there again if I was in the area.

I love this place -- it's good pizza (thin crust) and the service is always excellent. Also, it's open late, even on weeknights, and there's a large outdoor area which is covered, so you can sit outside even on rainy evenings.

Dined here one night during our stay in Arlington. Short walk from our hotel. Sat outside on a nice balmy evening. Ordered a pizza and meatballs - both delicious. Recommended.
