Took our seven person family there, four adults and three boys. All enjoyed themselves: plenty of chips & salsa. There was chocolate milk for the kids while the adults drank margaritas. By the pitcher it was a good deal. Goat cheese enchiladas, golden chimichanga and mixed fajitas were all good helpings and of excellent taste. Kids said their duo tacos,... More

I'm not gonna claim this is Mexican fine-dining - it's guilt-pleasure tex mex and fits the bill very well for that. I really like the salsa which is unlimited, it keeps me coming back. Their tamales are also fantastic. The rest is just OK but you get huge portions and a pretty cool atmosphere. I like going for lunch because... More

My wife and I visit this restaurant occasionally and always find it to be a pleasant dining experience. The menu is extensive with both Mexican and Central American dishes and I have ordered from across the menu and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly and prompt and they have an wonderful list of great Margaritas. This evening I... More

My family (two adults, two kids) visited on a snowy/icy President's day in February 2016. We were seated immediately and given lots of chips and salsa. I don't have much tolerance for spice, but the salsa had a smoky flavor that I really liked. The meal was brought quickly and my family liked what they got, but I would caution... More

We stopped at 5 pm for an early dinner on 1/15/2016. The restaurant was not yet busy, but the service was slow and unfriendly. We ordered drinks and water. The drinks came, but we had to ask twice more before the water was brought to us. The food came and was OK, but can (and should) be better. We had... More

We had dinner at this restaurant - and found the food to be just a bit more than average, and service to be inconsistent. While we like the chips and salsa - the queso was by and large devoid of taste and had a paste consistency. On the service side - a waitress dropped off the paste - I mean... More

Tried this cute little Tex-Mex place again for lunch and I noticed a marked improvement. The food was really good and plentiful. The service was above-average and the price was spot-on! Overall, it is nice to have a little place that takes me back to West Texas with some authentic cooking. Love the salsa!!!! So many places around the area... More

Have been eating here for years. The food and service are always fantastic. There are a number of choices for fajitas which are all good as well as the specials. The platters are good as well. Cannot beat their margaritas either.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and my favorite TEX-MEX restaurant in the Washington, DC area. The fajitas are excellent and the ambience fits the style perfectly. To top it off the service is friendly, helpful and excellent. The only thing you may want to skip on the menu is white or red wine. The brands are not notable:... More
