"Karry" Out Kabob...

Kabob Palace in Crystal City never fails to deliver... Quick Service and Freshly Made Kabobs is what you get from this "Mom and Pop" type restaurant. From Lunch to Dinner the dining room is always filled to capacity and the lines for carry out does not stop. It is a few miles outside of DC and... read more

This is more Pakistani and South Asian than Afghan or Central Asian. I found the food decent, nothing special. The Salad Sherozi was so-so as was the main chicken kabob with 2 sides. The mango lassi was quite good, however.

This place is hands down my absolute favorite place to eat ever! I Love the chicken kabob, the spice is perfect. The garbanzo beans and rice is soooooo delicious and I have never had bread that was as good as theirs either! Huge portions that lasts at least 2 meals. I could eat here everyday. This place is a must... More

Very friendly self service restaurant but I didn't find my chicken kabab tasty at all. It was dry and flavorless. I expected much more for the price paid. Disappointing, They need to improve on quality of their food.

Pricey per plate but you get enough for 2 so bring a friend or have enough for a take out and second meal. Very small, crowded and noisey place with lots of local cabbies that frequent this tasty establishment. Food is displayed and cooked fresh 24/7 clean and comfortable with a few tv sets. so I will be back most... More

If it's 2 am, and you're hungry, you might wait an hour for a great kabob. If you decide that's too long, you can get the vegetarian platter. I always choose the chick peas and spinach with NO SALAD. It's a ton of food, cheaper than meat, takes five minutes. Protip 2: wait there with your number in your hand.... More

Totally recommend. You're not going for atmosphere; you order at the counter and your name or number is called. Great food, good options, reasonable prices. We would go back if we lived in the area!

Was not that hungry but the smell of grilled meat was good so I agreed to go in with my family of 4. So crowded we couldn't find a table but went to sister store a few doors down. The naan was nice and soft. Sweet lassi had a little too much sugar for my taste. The rice was light... More

Viewed from the street, there is little appeal. The interior has nothing going for it. The food, however, is excellent and freshly cooked. You will forget all about the poor presentation and remember really good meals.
