This diner takes you back to yesteryear. The staff dress very professionally, the restaurant is sparkling clean, and the food is amazing. Very extensive dessert selection (which I abstained from indulging), that you can view through glass display cases.

Have only eaten breakfast here, portions are huge and very good. Place is a little pricey, but then again besides the IHOP it's the only place for breakfast that we found in the area. Great variety of breakfast dishes for all types of eaters. Always crowded, but never a long wait to be seated. Staff is attentive.

We went here while visiting D.C. and decided to try it after reading several positive reviews. I thought it was a pricey and I didn't think the service was all that great. My omelet wasn't very tasty. My daughter and wife ordered the French Toast which they loved. I just didn't care for it as much as they did. It... More

This is one of my favorite late night, post drinking spots - open late and breakfast any time!! The restaurant is pretty big so you never have to wait long and their menu is just as big - breakfast, burgers, salads, sandwiches, steaks and that dessert case!! While I've never tried a dessert from there, I am always tempted to... More

We went here with family. It looks like a diner and acts like a diner, but is more upscale. I had open a faced turkey sandwich. It was huge. Turey was tender and had lots of gravey. It came with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. My wife had a London broil sandwich that she had to deconstuct to get it... More

The food was amazing and large quantities. Slightly expensive, but when everyone leaves stuffed and we left food it's worth it!

We were in town with family and ate here twice. The first time for lunch and the second for dinner. Some dishes were more successful than others, but overall good value for the money and tasty food. The first visit I had the eggs benedict and hubby had a fantastic steak (see pictures below). The second visit I tried the... More

What a great pace to go have a fine meal in good surroundings. The menu is extensive with something for everyone - one of their specialities is black-eyes peas, the first time I'd had them and they were delicious. Happy to recommend this fine establishment to anyone visiting DC.

We went for breakfast...we were met at the door by a very helpful staff who seated us immediately.I had the cornbeef hash with eggs and my wife had the Nova Scotia Benedict. We both were very well pleased. Both plates came piled high with some great fired potatoes, enough to feed a family of four! They were so good but... More

The food was really good and very large portions. Must try the French toast! I would definitely go back.
