The Melting Pot is always a great place to dine for special occasions. The food was great as well as our server! The ambiance could be better since the music was pop & too loud for a nice, long dinner. Also, the restaurant was freezing...cold!More

The food is very good, but being able to do the cheese fondue and the grilling at your table makes it a very fun and different experience. I think this is more of a special event kind of place than somewhere we would go on...a regular basis, but it was a great evening. They have so many delicious cheeses to pick from, and the nice thing is that they bring out different kinds of cheeses at different times of the year. There were plenty of vegetables and bread for the cheese fondue, so much so that we could have made a meal of just that. The salads were very nice, nothing amazing, but solid. For the pick-three meats option you get a really nice variety, plus there are more veggies. We really enjoyed the grilling instead of the bouillon fondue, but they do give a nice selection of ways to cook the meat. All the sauces for the meats were really delicious, clever and unique. The meats also had really good rubs and seasonings, so we enjoyed all the variety. We had a very nice waiter and the timing was about an hour-ish for two people. The only thing I would say is a negative is the pricing. If we had not had a Groupon, I'm not sure it would have been worth the price. With the Groupon, it was a good deal.More

Visited for a bachelorette party with a group of 12 ladies. The staff was really fantastic and although we spent several hours here, the ladies night menu was perfect and was the perfect amount and selection for various tastes and preferences. We enjoyed a larger...space within the restaurant. This was my second visit to the melting pot and would consider going again. The first visit in another state was not as pleasant. Food was fresh, and everything we ordered turned out perfect. Would recommend for your ladies night out as well.More

A night out with friends was fun, but the horrendous service was unforgivable. It took 20 minutes for the server to acknowledge us. So long that we actually left our table in the dining room and ordered drinks from the bar TWICE during the 3.5...hours it took to get through our meal. We complained to the manager twice because our server kept disappearing and we had to ask for plates and water refills multiple times. I had to actually go to the host stand to ask when our food was coming out because we waited 30 minutes just to get our salads. No apology was ever made. Not once. We even had to get our own coats from coat check even though 4 employees were standing next to the closet watching us fumble around looking for them. The food was good and fondue was fun, but I will never return or recommend this restaurant.More

I love the melting pot. The food is always fresh and the service is amazing. They have frequent specials so you can always get a good deal here. This place is great for the family as well as for date night.

The Melting Pot is a place my wife went once many years ago, so she wanted to go back. I did not understand until I went myself. Wow. We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience. And selecting one of their four course meals is indeed...an experience! Everything was so fresh, and I was a skeptic of "fondue," until I had it. Cheese. Chocolate. Melty deliciousness is what it was. And the cook to preference proteins and vegetables main course? Yea, I'm all about that. Does Melting Pot have a following like Hard Rock Cafe? It should! We're tracking down our next one for sure!More

A cheese fondue, a choice of salad, an entree of steak, chicken, shrimp and pork topped of with a chocolate fondue. Throw in an acceptable bottle of wine plus excellent service; call it date night and charge $100 for two and I would call it...love at first sight. Very enjoyable evening and a great value.More
