This was our first time experiencing Morton's and this visit wasn't in our plans. We had been walking all over Washington, DC on this warm day. We had taken the Metro back to the Crystal City area and we were trying to get oriented to the area. We were somewhat overheated and tired when we came across Morton's. It was... More

This was my first time at this location. As expected, the food was excellent. James assisted us for our evening meal, and was quite pleasant. We were there with our 8 year old son, and he was treated like a young adult. (He behaved well in response, which we were pleased with.) The drinks were well made and the appetizers... More

Absolutely fantastic steaks and food. We ordered the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella amd it is to die for. My fiance had the lobster bisque akd chop salad, which he said were both outstanding. My NY strip was cooked to perfection along with grilled asparagus.

We enjoyed our delicious family dinner tonight. We only decided to stay once the bartender, SCOTT saw us looking at the menu and offered to accommodate our daughter's picky palate. The kitchen made her the most delicious chicken "fingers" ever. Very fresh and scrumptious. Scott even went back to the kitchen to make her "honey mustard"... delightful! The manager, MARK... More

We had a large group and the service was very accommodating. Location was very close to the hotel we were staying at and it was restaurant week with selections available. Food was great!

This is no Ruth's Chris for sure. I took my wife here for a Valentine's Dinner. We spent $160 for a very cold and small Filet what had no taste. We also had crab cakes which were ok but also very cold. Our potatoes were over cooked and not pleasant. Our biggest mistake was that we were expecting a Ruth's... More

The food was well prepared, good portions, overall gets an A. Be prepared that the salads are HUGE. I brought wine and wanted it decanted. The hostess seemed unfamiliar with any of these words - decant, sommelier, corkage fee - which seemed very odd since they make a big deal of having "wine lockers" for people. Service was EXCRUCIATINGLY slow,... More

I took my wife here for her birthday, notifying the restaurant in advance of her big day. When we arrived the hostess sat us at a perfect booth, towards the back and in a very quiet section of the restaurant. The waiter brought menus with my wife's name printed on them. Great touch. Our waiter and the restaurant hostess were... More

We had a lovely dinner at Morton's Steak House last night. We ordered the bone in ribeye steak along with the grilled asparagus, cream spinach and baked potato. This is a classic great steak cooked just right. I enjoyed my steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The service was great. We had a private room. We had... More
