Great comfort food - but not healthy. The Broiler's a neighborhood institution and you can smell it fire up the cooktops in the late morning - from hundreds of feet away. The steak sandwiches are good and the pizza great hangover food. Some people might...More

I used to live in South Arlington and frequented the Broiler often in the 70’s. On a recent quest to find the perfect steak and cheese sandwich, I came back. This place has not changed at all. Decor is the same. It was packed and...More

You can never go wrong in ordering from the boiler. The thin crust pizza is wonderful, be sure to ask for extra sauce. I love the hot ham and cheese sub and the meatball sub.

I always come to the broilers but had not been in awhile. Tonight was calm and cool. Was able to eat, chill and enjoy the time.

Good and messy. But you use a fork to get every bit of this sub in your mouth. Their large sub is definitely enough for two to share.

Don't be put off by the 1950s exterior. The friendliest guys run this place--- super pizza, good juicy subs and clean, busy, fun atmosphere for CHEAP! Call ahead as the wait can be long! Love this joint!
