Decent Thai spot in Ballston. They have a quick lunch menu, which makes going in for lunch easy (doesn't have a ton of selections) but the lunch is consistently good. Staff is friendly, and the space is newly renovated and very nice/clean.

The place is nice and the waiters are polite. The food is good (not fantastic though). I ordered a salmon dish which comes in a bowl with side rice. The salmon was a little bit too spicy but it was fine. The price was mid-range....More

My son and I walked here from the Comfort Inn a half mile away. They have divided the restaurant into "heaven," which is attractively decorated with pleasant, blue/gray and white decor and wooden tables and very comfortable, and "hell" which is at least as attractive...More

We stopped here and found the Thai offerings to be worthwhile. My wife will not eat spicy hot and they did a reasonable job of eliminating the usual chili flavors for her, so this is in their favor. Foods we ordered (there were 4 of...More

Dinner was pretty good ... I would not order Thom Yum soup again - it did not taste like any other I've had and I have it quite often. Panang curry was blah, pad Thai was good. Took 50 minutes to get our food and...More

My wife and I went to Bangkok Bistro for lunch. They have a pretty good menu and a good lunch special. We hit them right at the lunch rush, so the food took a while, but the service was pleasant. I'd definitely come back.

A delivery person came to our door and, in barely-understandable English, more than once demanded a personal service fee, walking away once with the food to prove his point. This in spite of the fact that the restaurant imposes a delivery fee. He at last...More

Red curry had too much of coconut milk. It was missing the major flavor. Tom yanggoong was not even close. The noodle dishes were ok. ..... 2.5 star

I walked into this place for the first time, I expected to have an average experience at best. It was spacious and empty with generic décor. Much to my surprise, the food was well above average with plenty of spice. The service was excellent, and...More

This restaurant has good food. It's Thai. Try it. Location is great. Arrive at restaurant at 6:59 and you'll get parking right outside or a block down the street. Street parking is controlled on certain times.
