I ate there tonight. It had mixed reviews. Like others said, it's called Ray's Hell now. It was a solid burger. Definitely fresh and quality ingredients. The strawberry shake was good. I can see the draw. The staff was friendly, and it wasn't crowded inside. I would definitely go back.

Came here a few days ago with a group of guys. There is no table service. The atmosphere is a zero. The burgers were okay and the people at the order counter were friendly. Would not bother to come here again.

I wasn't a burger fan till I went to this place and tried theirs. They're great! I loved them so much that if I had known them before I had eaten there all the days of my vacations. The place is nice and clean.

"Ray's Hell Burgers" was recommended to me by a fellow countryman to enjoy while I was in DC on vacations. The burgers where one of the best I have ever had and the prices were alright compared to any other fast food restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a real good hamburger.

If you want to be treated badly, this is the restaurant for you. The staff is abrupt with customers and treat you like you're bothering them. The food is expensive and not worth the price. There are other burger places that are better and less expensive.

Just like other reviewers have posted the name has changed to hell burger. The inside is slightly confusing but not so much that shouldn't deter people from coming here. I came on a Sunday afternoon , wasn't particularly crowded our overly busy but I could see if your came at peak hours you might have a little bit of a... More

I had the BIG POPPA burger, a blue cheese special. That thing, because it wasn't just a burger it was something else, was out of this world. Every time I'm in the area I have to drop in and turn some of my hard earned money over for on of those tasty burgers. You know the scene in the beginning... More

This place is actually called Ray's Hell Burger now. After seeing all of the hype this place gets for their burgers and living in an area where there is no shortage of good burger places, I decided to finally give these guys a try and I have to say it was totally deserving of the hype. I ordered The Mack... More

I got a double Patty burger. It has a lot of cracked pepper, blue cheese, and mushrooms. I also added bacon. By the time I paid for that, some fries, and a soda my bill was 28 bucks. Everything was extremely tasty though. Service is pretty much non existent.

My family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 kids-14, 12) had dinner at Ray's Hell Burger. The burger was very good, the fries are better than average, but my wife thought the sweet potato fries were very mediocre. Our biggest complaint is the layout of the interior. It is confusing if they offer sit down service or only counter service in... More
