I've had better fish and chips in London which has the worst food of any city I've visited. Food was greasy and fish was coarse. Best part of the meal was the mushy peas. Chips weren't bad either. Quick service and reasonable prices. Ambience non existent. Not impressed.

Went on a Thursday nighttime food was fresh, light & ample portions. The large fry order is enough for 2 maybe 3. Located on the King Street Trolley. You won't be disappointed with the food or service

As an Irish person living in the local area, I was excited at the prospect of eating some real fish and chips. This chipper was a total disappointment. The battered fish was burnt dark brown on the outside and wet, watery dough on the inside. The fish was not fresh by any standard and was very watery. The chips were... More

Im not a huge fish and chips person. But there are just a few times a year when I get a craving. They do a decent job too. For me, splitting it with another person is enough and washing it down with a beer makes for a great lunch. Low key, relaxed, small pub feel

We haven't lived in the area for years, but whenever we are here, this is one stop we have to make. The fish is nice and flakey and the chips are not too bad either.....paired with a Guinness and this girl is a happy camper.

Eamonn's was a total spur-of-the-moment choice, but it was a great one. Truly, this was the best fish and chips meal I've had in ages. The fish was hot, flaky, moist, and delicious within crisp, light batter. The chips (fries to Americans) were hot and fresh, just on the edge between crispy and soft without being greasy at all. The... More

Anytime im in the area I always make sure I hit this place up. In addition to great fish and chips, they have all sorts of goodies like soda and chocolate from Ireland and the UK. They have a bevy of different sauces for dipping.

I've eaten fish & chips all over the world, and my meal at Eamonn's was really fantastic. Delicate and crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked in the middle. Ideal! I should have ordered a double portion. The chips were a bit disappointing though. There wasn't much special—they tasted disappointingly ordinary compared to the fish. Overall, though, I was surprised... More

I was hopeful to have some fabulous fish and chips. My hopes were squashed. The fish had a funny taste. The batter was very dark on the outside, soggy on the inside, and very, very greasy. The Chips were alright, but were also greasy. I was surprised at the high cost for the amount of food and the nickel and... More
