This is a typical Mexican restaurant, withh all the typical dishes. 7/2020 ate outside due to covid , by the curb where cars would park under normal circumstances. The flow of traffic next to us was not very pleasant. Food average, but not bad. Meal...for 2 adults and a child: $82More

The tacos were the worst tacos I have ever had. The chicken was dry, there were a couple leaves of cilantro and a couple cubes of onion in each one. And the tostones were an entirely other disappointment. Would not recommend. I would be embarrassed...to serve these to my guests.More

I ordered food on May 8th. When I picked it 3 employees were not wearing face masks or gloves. I was very dissapointed. I like their food but I want to feel safe when I order my food. It was the first time since April...23rd that I went out to order food and I chose them because I like their food nut I will no longer be buying food there.More

Wow-- my wife says the tacos al pastor were the best she's had. My combo with a burrito and a chili releno was very good as well, Sides were good. Salsa was a bit thin but OK. Most of the dishes were a little less...salty than most Mexican food, which I appriciated, a shaker is right on the table if needed. Sauce side portions are generous and tasty. The large Margarita is indeed large and good, and the bloody mary is one of the best I've had in old town. Two mains, a monster big margarita, and a bloody was right at $67, about right for old town. Service is a little slow compared to most places but we found the food worth waiting for,More

My fiancé and I visited during Labor Day weekend for lunch. Everything was very good and I loved their homemade salsa! I had a frozen margarita that was strong and the service was great! I would definitely recommend

My husband and I have been searching for a mexican restaurant that excels at all three staples: margaritas, burritos, salsa. Unfortunately, we're still searching. This places was pretty average all around, but has been the only place so far with white cheese dip. They offer...3 sizes of margaritas (prices unlisted on the menu) as well as a variety of flavors. I ordered blackberry, and my husband mango, and were surprised at the up charge on the bill as this also wasn't noted (despite asking for pricing on the different size options). The food was sub-par, and our server was on her phone, making it difficult to get her attention during our meal. I enjoyed the location, as I like strolling the streets of Old Town, but I probably wouldn't come back to this restaurant.More

Los Cuates offers typical Tex-mex fare with the exception of arracheras. There are several types available including chicken, beef and a vegetarian one. There are served in a molcajete and are steaming hot! Even after 15 minutes everything was hot. I was served chicken, cheese,...nopales, onions and a large jalapeño. A great meal! My only disappointment was that the Quilmes beer was listed on the menu but wasn’t available. Ambiance can be loud at times.More
