Been here twice and decided write a review because the staff has been so pleasant and helpful but times. I designed my own bowl of course, but I followed a recipe. Both our were good. We also ordered the potstickers and they crushed them up...nicely. All was good and drinks refreshed before they went dry.More

We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the Mongolian Beef regular size meals for delivery. There was a delivery charge. the food was delivered hot and in a timely fashion. The size of the servings was very good. The taste of the food was subpar.

I ordered large three entrees and one regular entree for carryout. All four meals looked like smalls and I still felt hungry after eating mine. I complained and was promised a credit which never came. I did get a "reward" for a free soda which...expired before I could use it.More

So we had a long day at a cheer competition and were starving. We decided to stop here as it never disappoints...or so we thought. They had a section closed, so we had to sit right next to drop off (strike 1). They hadn’t stocked...the food, so no broccoli (strike 2). No kids cup lids (strike 3)....and then they burn the food. Since we were already committed at this point, we just chalk it up to lesson learned. Might be a while before we visit again...More

Have you ever been to a Mongolian barbecue? If "no," this place's a great intro. to the concept. You pick your meats, vegetables, and sauces in a cafeteria-style line, bring 'em to the cook, and they do the grilling for you... on a HUGE round...grill. If "yes," I thought that the selection was decent, but customers are encouraged to return to their tables instead of hanging around and watching the "magic" happen, like at other Mongolian barbecues I've been to. A waiter brings the food. Somewhere in the process, my order and my mother's got reversed. Not a big problem... and I'm glad that ours weren't switched with another table's... but... The place was clean, large, and well ventilated. As a consequence, it was also a little echo-y. If you're going out to dinner and expect a night of quiet conversation, this atmosphere's not for you. But if you don't mind speaking up to be heard, then rock on! Further, the staff were polite and patient. They expected the customers to be unfamiliar with the process, and took their time explaining it... and made adjustments as we changed our minds... as we slowly understood what was being explained. And finally, there were appetizers to choose from and a bar area. It's part of a chain, so the beer selection was fairly standard (Bud, Heinekin, etc.). I haven't been to any of the others yet, so I don't know how much this location does or does not conform with a "corporate aesthetic" (like, do the other locations have sound-dampening bamboo displays?).More

We moved out of state and were back in the area for a visit. We LOVE this place! The staff are always so friendly. It's clean. The prep stations are clean. The restrooms are clean too. Tonight, someone even helped me pour the sauce for my...bowl since my short little arms couldn't reach the sauce I wanted. This visit was our first time with our teenager. That one is super picky and she enjoyed it. I was also impressed to see they have all the calories listed for each item on the prep stations and the menu. I know that's becoming a standard but it made it a little easier make mindful choices. Rarely do I include pics but here are 2 of our meals. I bet you can tell which one belongs to the picky eater.😁More

Had lunch here earlier today with co-workers..excellent choice! Plenty of room to work before and after meal. Ordering is easy: pick a small, medium or large bowl and load it up. Meat and veg were fresh and plentiful. Wide variety of spices and sauces. Prompt...and professional server. Excellent food! Large bowl with soft drink — $13.77. Highly recommend!!More

I have had Mongolian Stir Fry in other locations, but this place had the largest selection of ingredients I had ever seen. There are so many choices of meats, spices, vegetables, and sauces that the combinations can be endless. The line to get your ingredients...was sort of long, and then you waited for the food to be prepared, but overall the food is good. Definitely want to go back and try some other combinations.More
