We asked in the Hotel about a breakfast place that was open till 11:00am. We had several choices, one of them was Bravo. I had read in your reviews that breakfast was good so we went there. I must begin by saying the restaurant has a beautiful ambiance. Navy blue leather chairs, wonderful woodwork fixtures, lovely lamps, artwork, etc. Service... More

My husband and I were staying at the Hilton just down the street from this restaurant for a work conference. We selected this restaurant from a number of places the conference organizers had reserved for the attendees for the evening, and boy am I glad we did! The service was knowledgeable and friendly, and the sommelier on staff recommended an... More

Let me start by saying, I have never written as poor a review as this one but when a restaurant touts itself as being one of the best in a city, then I think it has a standard to live up to. My husband and I walked in at 5:30 to see if there was any table available. The hostess... More

The atmosphere in Brabo is fantastic, reminds me of a classic steak house with a bit more local flavor, but honestly, the food is ok and not worth the price. If it were not a business meal, I would only have a drink and possibly an appetizer. Simply nothing special. The service was ok at best, I did need to... More

We arrived right at 10:30 AM which was closing time for breakfast. Even so they were very welcoming. Delicious breakfast. I had a light meal of greek yogurt and fruit. SO had the eggs and corned beef hash which was also delicious. Best hash I've ever had.

It's hard to believe that this restaurant receives such high ratings. The food is good, but not great, and it's very expensive. Not sure what the fuss is about. I'd recommend their other place "Brabo Tasting Room" which is right next door instead.

We'd been eyeing Brabo for a while, but because we knew it wasn't a family-friendly restaurant, we needed a good reason to go as a couple. We chose our anniversary. Reservations were highly recommended, and reconfirmed by phone the morning of, which surprised us, as the restaurant was half empty (being a Monday evening). We knew it wasn't going to... More

We enjoyed our brunch on Easter Sunday. There was a buffet with two carving stations and lots of nice breakfast items as well as lunch entrees, plus a big dessert table. The prix fixe was just a lot for someone like me who doesn't really like to PIG out at a buffet! But for my college age son who does... More

Was visiting Washington D.C. for a conference and wanted to see what the #1 rated restaurant on King's Street was all about. The reputation and high ranking on Trip Advisor is well earned and I greatly enjoyed my fine dining experience. I went with the Chef's Sampler platter which provided smaller portion servings of several different courses. The fresh, high... More
