Food's good, service is good and the cocktails are fabulous! Totally recommend the Doc's Collins. It's nice to sit out on the patio if you're not that into sports because it can get a little loud indoors when there's a game on.

The outside appearance does not do the restaurant justice. I loved the menu choices. It was hot so just sitting down in a air conditioned restaurant was a place. We were greeted with great wait staff and served cold water so I was a happy customer from the start. We were all in the mood for a hamburger and they... More

Stopped here on a Thursday night. The appetizer pulled pork sliders were outstanding! The sandwiches we had were only average at best (the Lone Star Chicken and the Blackened Fish). The bar atmosphere seemed pretty cool though. The service was a little slow, but was probably due to a large birthday party that was happening and the fact there was... More

Stopped in for a drink and appetizer to get out of the heat. Sat at the bar and the bartender gave us great service. Definitely would stop in again.

I had the fried avocado dish. It was delicious and so different! The atmosphere was very relaxed as the restaurant is located in an old automotive shop. It's a sit back and have a beer and some food kind of bar/restaurant .

We stopped in Doc's during our walk through SoCo and had a sip and a bite. They had a good beer selection, and we we specially liked that they had local craft beers. Our server was knowledgeable and the food was quite good.

This place really could be great. The location is ideal, but the food is terrible and the whole crowd is super douchey. Think frat crowd, but probably conservative and church-going. Stay away.

First the service was great. Friendly and quick. The cocktails were great. The food was pretty good. The ambiance was fine. The issue: cleanliness. There were two (out of eight) people in our group who got garbage in their glasses. A bottle top in one and foil in another. Gross.

Came here to watch a basketball game on their big screen. Had the boneless chicken wings with buffalo sauce. VERY good. The side house salad was not very good (just (fancy) lettuce, one piece of tomato, packaged croutons and bottled dressing. More than 20 beers on tap but their only pilsner was out. Had a local pale ale which was... More

Less pretentious than it's nearby competition, this is a great place to while away an afternoon with a bucket of beer in the sun. Plenty of sun and shade seating. And as a bonus, the food is great, if not gourmet.
