So at first pass you will see the menu and think this bbq is too fancy for Texas BBQ. It is fancy, but taste great. I had the best fried green tomatoes, definitely a must try. I do not like wild boars and don't like ribs but the boar ribs were so tasty. The white queso is yummy!! I had... More

Lambert’s BBQ is perfectly adequate BBQ. I can’t really complain about the food. It was good, but not great. Didn’t hate it but would never go back. I see Lambert’s as the kind of place that the convention goers and business people go when they really can’t get to a better BBQ joint or are not willing to stand in... More

Spectacular bar b que- great sides, fun hip atmosphere. Short ribs were spectacular, as was pulled pork. Great sauces which complemented the meals nicely without overwhelming. Highly recommended.

Very good, tasty Texas BBQ, although served in rather small portions (e.g., a ribs/sausage combo means ONE rib and ONE sausage). The server was more than friendly and quick. Nice, "old time" atmosphere. A hefty $70+ lunch tab for four. Recommended, nevertheless, in the context of our lunch with some out-of-town friends.

Good experience as it's been recommended by local. The food was delicious. It was difficult to compare as it was my first time but it was very tasty. The service could have been better as the waitress looked annoyed and bored. But overall good experience

I went to Lambert's with two other couples and we had a great experience. We made a reservation and our table was ready right away. We shared appetizers and my husband said the ribs were some of the best he has ever had. I had steak and it was really good, and we shared several sides for the table (waffle... More

Fancy place to go for BBQ. I wanted a platter of BBQ but they don't offer anything like that here. Thankfully I was with 2 other people so we each ordered different meats (brisket, house made hot links and pulled pork) and had it served family style with a bunch of sides (fried okra, collards, and slaw). Everything we ordered... More

If you feel like dropping $42 a plate for a big piece of a steak filet then this is the place. Not going to lie, it was a damn good piece of meat. This is a one time every two years place for me. The atmosphere was good. I did not stay for the live band. But this was really... More

Just got back from a work meeting and accidentally ate here two nights in a row. The BBQ was GOOD. Everything was awesome. Hot fried oysters, Wild boar ribs, Steak, Pulled pork, brisket, and the best, the giant "short" rib. Also the sides were great as well especially the mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. I highly recommend this place.
