This was our first stop when we arrived in Austin and it was an amazing way to start our trip. Some of the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. It is a bit spicy, but perfectly breaded and fried and super moist. All sides...More

I found out this was part of a chain initially out of Memphis, TN. The chicken is very good and piping hot. I would say it's about a 5 out of 10 on the spicy scale. Prices are very reasonable. Very good.

There will be a line and a wait. But the best places always have lines and waits. The chicken is cooked to order so don’t be in a rush. Everything is fried but ooooooo sooooooo good. Chicken is hot and spicy that is the only...More

I have eaten at Gus's in Memphis and for some reason it seemed to taste a lot better there. This location is more touristy in comparison to the Memphis one I visited, perhaps that's why.

Went here for the second time. There is nothing fancy about this place. I just came here for a quick snack. Had 4 piece tender. Best tenders I ever ate. Tasted like it was still on the bone. It’s a touch pricy but worth it

This place was pretty good! The staff were very friendly and attentive! They were super busy when I went but they were amazing at getting people in and out! The chicken, Mac and cheese, greens and seasoned fries were all great! And I’m a foodie...More
