Boyfriend and I doubt the Fried jambalaya stick would be enough food, so we got the green bean casserole to share. However, the fried jambalaya stick was a good size and filling. The green been casserole is definitely a shareable size, or a dinner on its own. It was tasty. But the friend jambalaya stick was the main event. So... More

Ok..seriously...the green bean casserole with crawfish will blow you away. Also had the gumbo which was delicious. Pleasantly surprise at this place and will go again and again!

We were looking forward to eating here as we enjoy Gumbo, we found it very salty and hot. The service was good, but we were disappointed with the food.

Stopped by this East Austin food truck one evening for some grub after pub crawl. Man was I hungry. I decided to try the Jambalaya Baton and some Poutine. The Jambalaya Baton is basically deep fried Jambalaya on a stick. Interesting concept but not so tasty. I am a big Jambalaya fan, but this was close to awful. Never again.... More

We had gone a few weeks before and had a poor experience due to a rude employee. My 16 year old son was visiting and had heard my wife talking about the food. We stopped in, and the cutest little girl pops out of the back (she was cooking) and is all smiles. All I said was "Wow! This is... More

Only tried the grits w/crayfish one day. It was amazing. That's all I can say about that. Grits cooked perfect. Crawfish was seasoned perfect.

Disappointed the gumbo was just ok, small bowl overpriced and very bland. The Jambalaya stick was totally hideous and looked like somthing thrown together by an infant - you have far far better food trucks.

This is the place. The beignets are delish. The portions are good too. A little hard to find but just keep a look out for a bunch of food trailers and it'll be there!

We were dying to get some beignets. We couldn't find the food truck! When we arrived we has beignets on a stick with lots of fluffy sugar. Beignets were really great
