We have dined at the Roaring Fork on many occasions over the years. We are never disappointed in the food, service or the ambiance. We had a great dinner of braised short ribs and their special "burger". Both were were delish. The wine choices suit our needs and taste. The wait staff did an excellent job in general and our... We went for dinner with business colleagues. We had an excellent server who was very conscientious with my meal, as I informed him that I'm gluten free. He reassured me that my choices were all safe. Everything I had was delicious, from the martini to the trout to the creme brûlée.

The reviews excited us to try this restaurant. We had reservations and sat quickly and not all the tables all around were full though they did fill up over time. We ordered quickly but we waited a LONG time for our dinner and when it arrived it was lukewarm. I ordered the braised beef short ribs with horseradish mashed potatoes.... More

Had a great dinner here on Tuesday night. Was within walking distance of our hotel so we thought we would give it a try. The staff was friendly from the start and brought us delicious jalapeño cornbread to the table. We started with an appetizer of the green chile pork stew!! This is their signature dish, and could have been... More

Was there for business with a group. Our group tried everything from Lamb chops (superb) to fish tacos (excellent). Sides like the black beans were outstanding. Appetizers were a little more standard. Wine list was decent. A caution: at peak times service can slow down. We had another party with us at another table right at peak, and our service... More

The atmosphere was classy and we enjoyed the service immensely! The Spinach Waldorf salad was fresh, had wonderful and tender chicken and was a huge size. The fish tacos were made with a great guacamole and served with beans, fresh ingredients and beautifully cooked fish. We would recommend this place to anyone, and overall the meal was not too expensive... More

Service was grand. Burger was one of the best I've ever had. Hanging out on the terrace was an absolute blast.

We really enjoyed our evening. The food was de-lish. We had the mussels with chorizo and the lamb Fondue which was phenomenal! Really the best dish. Our server Connor was soooo nice. I was their with my mom for her b-day. She gave us a lovely amuse-bouche prior to our meal and a great dessert. It was a hot brownie... More

the restaurant has a nice ambiance, good location to downtown, friendly and quick service and an interesting menu. the cocktail bar mixes some very tasty drinks. we ate from a wide range of the menu and had mixed reviews. some of the main dishes were quite good and some were just average, needing the flavor profiles to be punched up....
