Great BBQ served here and the setup is great for an easy in and out during a busy lunch hour! I recommend the pecan pie to go with the sliced brisket!

Great atmosphere, had the turkey (by this time I had more beef /pork in a short period of time), needed the break. It was great. Have to admit they had run out of pork ribs and did not want to wait. It was a perfect departure. Creamed corn of course was just that. Uh, not a lot of green other... More

Awesome food, service and a lot of people leaving with a smile on their face. We went there for an early lunch and there were people lined up out the door. Always stop in when visiting Austin. If you love BBQ, you've got to stop in, you won't be disappointed.

The brisket was incredible, hands down one of the best I've ever had. Tender, moist, and with a great charred crust that tells me it was slow smoked for a long time. Absolutely incredible. I got the sampler plate that also had sausage and rib. The sausage was tasty and moist, the skin was slightly tough. The beef rib was... More

Smoky smell and tasty BBQ to 'meat' your expectations. Convenient to 6th Street. We had pulled pork and brisket - good call.

My husband and I haven't gone to Iron Works for awhile, because they have let all their great employees go and the new employees don't seem to care about the quality of the food or service. We decided to try it again. The meat was tough and the sides weren't all that good. The guy that waited on us was... More

It was a great tasting barbeque and sides. Ate there for lunch and it did not disappoint. Good barbeque, sliced or chopped, plus cole slaw, fries, onions and sauce. It was a good dining experience.

We came here because it was recommended to us. We loved the casualness of it and ordering at the window. My husband and I split the sampler platter-it was plenty of food for 2: brisket, ribs, sausage, mac and cheese and creamed corn. It also came with 2 slices of store bought white bread. If they wanted to up their... More

Place was as a previous reviewer said, go in,order, get food, pay, sit & eat. We each had the pulled pork plate w/coleslaw & Mac n cheese- Delicious and a huge amount of food. Wasn't busy at 4pm on a Monday but looked like it was getting that way for the dinner crowd. Easy access off highway & easy parking @ resteraunt or... More
