Ate here on a Saturday, went for brunch but ended up getting lunch b/c I saw how delicious everybody else's food looked. I read about the Manmosa earlier, so of course I had to try it - it was delicious. Food and all. It was rather busy, but wish there was some music playing at the time. I would definitely... More

Our group wanted to eat at this place after watching a food network show. Bangers is exceptional with every kind of sausage and beer you would ever want. We had the Drunk Chicken and Real Time Ale! Very casual too!

A friend recommended this restaurant to us when we were driving cross country. Boy are we glad we made the stop! It was Father's Day and the line was down the street. We got in early and we were pleasantly surprised at all the meat prepared and smoked in house. My husband enjoyed the goat hash and I had their... More

We had the best time at Bangers. What a wonderfully simple concept - sausages, beer and music in a great outdoor area. The food was excellent, the choice of beer overwhelming (thank goodness for friendly servers and their advice!) and we loved the music. Sitting on long tables also meant that you could meet other diners which made for a... More

Bangers has an excellent of beers on tap, 100 or so to be exact. Every time I've been there is something different and unique that I have to try. Their selection of sausages is also unique and have tried many different ones and never been disappointed. Highly suggest a visit to Bangers if you find yourself on Rainey Street looking... More

I haven't had this bad of service in years, plenty of wait staff we may have just got the one terrible waitress. From not be being seated were we asked to by the hostess, had grandson with us who likes to explore but yet they put us by the walkway so we were constantly trying to keep people from running... We are here on a Saturday and the atmosphere is amazing. Our server suggested the Smokeout special. $15 for a plate of bbq goodness served buffet line style. You get in line and grab a plate and the guys fill it up with pulled whole hog, smoked in a pit about 10 feet from the line, slaw, beans, and a... More

Came here after reading ALL the amazing reviews on Yelp.. here's my "expert" opinion... ATMOSPHERE: Spacious, a bit loud, super trendy spot SERVICE: Excellent! Our server was friendly and attentive, listed all of his favorite hot dogs (the Duck, Bacon, & Fig, being his absolute favorite) giving us recommendations on what to order, etc. We started out with some sausage... If you like sausage and beer, this is the place for you. Tasty options- try the duck, bacon and fig- amazing. The jalapeno mac n cheese was creamy and spicy but not overwhelmingly so. Delicious. And the beer. Don't get me started- huge selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. This is a must do if you are visiting downtown Austin
