Absolutely awesome place. Small, has a great vibe and feels intimate as a result. Both casual and more high end, really good mix. I ate the pepperoni pizza which was mouthwateringly good. I loved how the garlic was sliced properly into the pizza instead of squeezed onto it. The dough was great and the house made buffalo mozzarella worked a... More

Came down for SXSW and ran into this place thanks to Trip Advisor. Very good pizza, one of a few places you can really taste the quality of their ingredients. From the outside it looks closed, but they are open limited hours. It is expensive. $15 for a small Bianca pizza I split with my wife.

This is not your normal pizza parlor or joint but a full fledge restaurant! This place is where you want to take your special someone to have a wonderful experience! The focus of the restaurant is the oven! The oven itself is from Florence Italy and built into place to add the ambiance. It was perfect as last night was... More

We were walking around Austin and developed a taste for some pizza. We looked at Yelp and saw that Backspace was close by. We sat at the bar since the space is very small and a group of loud 20-somethings was taking up most of the space. I ordered the beets and the roasted mushroom pizza. The pizzas ranged in... More

This is a hole in the wall that had some waits at times but a cute atmosphere, more like NYC than TX. Good wine and food.

Loved the bianca pizza with arugula (tossed in lemon zest) and prosciutto. Nice wine list. Great veggie sides, too.

A very "Austin" spot to stop for Pizza. I live in Austin and I try to visit at least once a year. This is locally owned, and not your average food spot. Foodies will love their take on the old classic: Pizza! Great stop while you're in town!

I had the bianca with prosciutto and the prosciutto was some of the best I've had. The dough was thin and flexible, but with a nice crunch to it, with just the right amount of burn marks from the open flame. It's a small place, but the service was excellent and food worth it.

This is a cozy little place with a few table with serves mostly pizza, which is made on a wood fire oven and it is quite good. The wine list with wines from Italy and particularly Sicily, was surprisingly excellent.
