There were 12 of us for dinner for a special family event. We had a semi-private area. The restaurant is beautiful and elegant looking. We had no issues with noise even though the restaurant was full. Dinner was delicious and I heard no issues with anyone's appetizers or dinner. The pre-dinner amuse bouche was very flavorful. Three things that I... More

The Driskill Grill hits all the high points. The dining room is a quiet and elegant setting with tables spaced for easy conversation. We celebrated the 90th birthday of my wife's mother with 12 people in attendance, a challenge under any circumstances. Roy and his wait staff handled the orders impeccably and gracefully served with the outstanding meal. What particularly... More

I love going to historic hotels for a drink when I visit a city -- I was disappointed in the Driskill. The updated décor kind of covered up any historic features, and there really wasn't anything special about it -- it was like being in any downtown hotel bar. Service was good.

We had a good dinner, food and service were good. It is very traditional, and the outside bar with live music aims a different crowd that comes to the restaurant. Good option if you like traditional restaurants.

I've eaten all over the world, but I've never seen kangaroo on the menu - so I HAD to try it. It was delicious. No, it didn't taste like chicken. More like a beef tenderloin. Perfectly juicy and flavorful. Must try

If you are dining at the Driskill, they provide Valet parking which is nice since the downtown traffic is heavy or their is a parking garage on the sidestreet of the hotel which cost $10.00 to park. The Grill is nicely appointed and the staff very gracious, informative and attentive in the correct way, (didn't overdo), The restaurant is small... More

Had a great dinner with some new favorites. Service was a bit slow, but probably because there was a lot of us.

This hotel and bar is so pretty and unique. It was a perfect place to have drinks Christmas Eve with my husband. We weren't as pleased with the band this year as we were last year but it's better than having no music at all. I would like to go back every year during Christmas time

Pumkin bisque was ok, salad was good. We ordered the osso buco and ribeye. The osso was great with balsamic reduction was also great...the ribeye was a disappointment...it was thin and without much flavor. Compared to flemings...it would be a "C". The staff was really nice and brought an extra desert in honor of our anniversary. I would go again... More
