We had the pleasure of dining at Trio Saturday night. The Fredericksburg Peach Salad was wonderful! It included arugula, house made goat cheese and candied pistachios, a delicious combination. We had fabulous steak, perfectly done and delicious wine. One of the highlights of the meal was corn cream brûlée, wrong in so many ways but so good! Can't go wrong!

Everyone gets excited about new chefs doing new things. Everyone gets excited about new openings - and we should. But if you want to eat dishes prepared by someone at the very top of their craft, visit Trio, where Executive Chef Elmar has been doing what he does for 20 years. Had a special dinner with family and tasted wines... More

Very expensive and good. Breakfast (omelet, juice and coffee) was $35. Service is excellent and food is great, just on the pricey side.

My husband and I went to Austin last weekend for a short getaway. Our friend recommended us to go for dinner to her favorite restaurant "Trio", which is located inside "Four Seasons" hotel. The hotel is facing the river and is very close to the Congress Bridge, where we were going afterwards to watch the bats. So, the location of... More

We love going here for happy hour. They have chairs outside in little settings. It is so nice to sit outside near Lady Bird Lake and enjoy the breeze even on the hot Texas days. We have never brought our dog though I have seen people. It's just a nice little spot to sit outside under the trees and kick... More

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Trio! The entire team worked together seamlessly to put together a beautiful anniversary dinner for my husband and I. I need to give a very special shout out to the pastry chef who put together our lobster themed dessert and did such an excellent job it literally brought tears... More

Enjoyed Sunday brunch with the family. Wonderful food selection-sushi, deviled eggs, carving station, eggs Benedict with a twist, key lime pie and s'mores of sort. Coffee, juices, mimosas included. Service and setting both excellent!

This is a great place for a birthday dinner when you don't feel like dressing up or being judged for your tatty jeans. You don't have to spend a fortune to eat here, tho you could order one of everything! Great steaks, excellent catch of the day- mine was bronzini- and terrific sides like Mac and cheese, crispy Brussel sprouts... More

We visited for Happy Hour at Trio and had a great experience....starting with our waiter (didn't get his name) - he offered good suggestions on the wines and food which we really enjoyed! Then, Luz came to our table and chatted with us and suggested we go outside before we leave to listen to live music....great environment relaxing under large... More

We were looking for a place for dinner convenient to the Congress Avenue bridge and the evening viewing of the bats. We got to Trio in time for happy hour and enjoyed some wine at the bar. We then moved outside for dinner and enjoyed the live music. The singer was quite pleasing and sounded a lot like Willie Nelson.... More
