A nice setting in the middle of the downtown area where they know how to make guac and good margarita. Salads were refreshing and ingredients were fresh. Good service.

Came here with friends and sat on the patio. We ordered delicious margaritas ( the jalepeno one was amazing) and tacos and ceviche. Wow , the tangy ceviche was so good. Service was great too. Not cheap but beautiful inside, and great eats.

A cut above much of what is on offer in Austin. Visited as part of a large group of work colleagues for a brunch. Lots of variety, good flavours, fresh, tasty. Attentive staff. Prices reasonable.

The Colflor dish was amazing, some great flavors that you don’t see often. Everyone else enjoyed their meal in our party of 4 and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Don’t miss the desserts!

We had a wonderful meal at La Condesa after booking a last minute table on OpenTable. The staff was gracious and food exceptional. Topped off with dessert and a margarita and a mule!

Food was excellent especially the Queso made with Dos Lunas cheese. I sample Queso from every Mexican place I visit locally and internationally and this was among the best, worth ordering! The traditional Margarita was disappointing, I'd try something else next time.

I don’t usually gravitate towards Mexican food in USA because I find it too heavy but La Condesa’s modern Mexican fare was a very pleasant surprise. All the dishes were fresh and full of flavor. We shared the ceviche, guacamole taster and carne guisada torta....More

We've eaten here many times, but it has been a while. We sat outside which was wonderful. The guacamole sampler is always great. We had the snapper ceviche (5 stars), the New York strip toquitoes (5 stars), and the mushroom botana (3 stars). Great wine...More

La Condesa is very centrally located especially during SXSW. Often the host of events upstairs, it offers great Mexican fare. It's usually quite busy so reservations are recommended. They make quality craft margaritas and the food is delicious.

We hosted a client dinner here this past week and weren't disappointed. We enjoyed a great dinner in possibly one of the most unique places in Austin.
