The restaurant is similar to other chains like corelife, where they serve various salads and they make it in front of you. I personally enjoyed them but thought they weren’t anything special, but is a good place to have a decent lunch.

I appreciated the on-line menu with nutritional information as well as the healthy eating options offered to customers.

We ate at the airport location, which was surprisingly good. My wife and I both had the Don Quixote salad, but the wraps looked great too.

My wife, daughter and I ate here and found the selection of salad fixing outstanding. They have two sizes, large and very large. Wonderful offerings of all kinds of vegies and things to add to your salad. We will go again next time in Austin.

I visited the Mad Greens at the Austin airport while heading out of town. They featured breakfast tacos and breakfast bowls. I had the “Texas Bowl” with bacon, egg, avocado, choice of pick de Gallo or green chili sauce, plus I subbed quinoa for breakfast...potatoes. It was very tasty!More

Really great salad place. Stopped in for the first time a few days ago. The young gentleman who greeted us and took our orders was just great. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My companion had a salad, I had a wrap. He took his time...explaining a few things and we were served quickly and perfectly. The home made dressings really made a difference. The obviously fresh ingredients and chicken were quite tasty. The iced tea was excellent too. A really nice, healthy dining out experience that was reasonable too. Highly recommended.More

My wife and daughter introduced me to Mad Greens. We ordered on- line, scheduled a pickup time and boom-it happened on time. I chose to build my salad and Lynn selected from the recommended list. Fresh and large. I ate off of the one order...twice , and could have eaten a third meal from the order. If you are into salad — try it. I will try soup next time.More

Driving down Brodie we were so excited to discover a healthy, fresh salad place nearby and vowed to return at for dinner--what a mistake. This is probably one of the worst experiences I've reported on Trip Advisor in my 200 reviews. While I have to...give them some break for being new, the staff was poorly prepared and not well versed on the menu, the food was (after several repeated instructions, such as leaving the pesto off our daughter's mono lisa sandwich--it wasn't) not prepared to order. Questions such as "is the tea sweet?" were incorrectly answered (or we were given the wrong tea). Of course all this we discovered after returning home as our order was for take out, and given they close at 8:30, there was no way to return to fix all this (not that I think that was possible). The worst part was just the food--the salads, costing over $12 each, were worse than a HEB grab and go. The paninis were undercooked, soggy and immediately just fell apart. I consider myself a hummus connoisseur as well, and we got three different ones, I tried two and they were some of the worst hummus I've tasted, in fact, they had to have gone bad because no restaurant would consider this passable for hummus. In term of value, we paid for many extras on the salads like $1.25 for pumpkin seeds, and yet I saw about three actual pumpkins seeds on my salad. The portions of hummus also for the price were not generous. In sum, this was a total disaster of a meal and experience.More
