The atmosphere was romantic, cozy and very relaxing. Antonio the owner greeted us at the door, and we had a lovely table with crisp white linen table cloths, a votive candle and fresh flowers. Fresh tender-hot bread arrived immediately. The lobster bisque was so velvety and amazing as an appetizer, and a fresh and crunchy lettuce salad was included with... More

The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. I enjoy the live piano music too. Very nice place for a special occasion or anytime.

Food is always wonderful and the restaurant has great ambience. A great place to have a drink and enjoy each other over a leisurely meal.

Lovely old school Italian with great piano bar. Nice wine list and menu. Has been a favorite for Arlington diners for over thirty years. Antonio, the owner, treats us like family.

Excellent food and great atmosphere but a little pricey! Servers were very attentive. They serve cocktails and wine. Setting is cozy and welcoming. Recommend it. For the sure questions I did not see any young children, have not been there for lunch and no 9ne in our group asked ordered a gluten free meal.

We have eaten there for many years. That alone should tell you we enjoy it. The service is great and the food dependable. It has a reasonable variety of Italian dishesthat all are tasty. Casual to slightly dressy atmosphere.

We have eaten at Picolo for over 25 years. The food and service is consistent and wonderful. Antonio, the owner is always present and I feel that always works best. We've hosted private parties of 50+ as well as small business lunches. We have never been disappointed. Can't say enough good!

This place is always on it's game. I've been coming for years, and I'm not alone. It's stays busy with people who will not miss a week here. This is not a heavy garlic Italian, it's subtle flavors of perfect sauces that accompany you your meal. The Marsala dishes are generous, the ravioli dishes are very tasty. I can have... More

This place is one of the hole in the wall germs that we all hope to find & have in our city. This restaurant has been located in Arlington some 30 years now, some of the staff have been there from day 1, I have been told. I often take my out of town business guess over here for dinner.... More

Dined here many times over the years. Definitely not exciting, but reliably good. Very Old World atmosphere. The menu never changes. If there is a special, it is something that had been the special for the last twenty years. Yet, it is enjoyable on occasion. Wouldn't recommend going more than once or twice a year but it's better than average... More
