Driven past many times. Review rating was 4.1. Must be good, right? Disappointing. Apparently they can't get a liquor license. So the serve free beer or margaritas. Awesome right? Hold your horses, the rules state that you must place an order for a meal over...$10 to get one free drink. Still cheaper than some restaurants, but I didn't order what I wanted because I went so I could get a good margarita. Disappointed in the meal, the margarita and not so great service. I can see why they are struggling.
Won't go back.More
What we ordered: combo fajitas, cheese enchiladas, mushroom spinach quesadillas and appetizers. We rated the food 5,4,4,3 for each item listed above. The quesadillas were bland very little mushrooms if any a few spinach leaves in total and a cheddar cheese this was very dry...and unfavorable. Cheese enchiladas rice and beans flavorless and boring. We all consumed most of the food since we all were quite hungry.More
This place has changed their name and menu to Marco’s. We have been for eight times lately and the food has been excellent and the service on point. The manager named Daniel is the BEST manager I have ever had at any restaurant. He always...comes by and chats and makes sure everything is up to standards. You can’t go wrong here.More
$2 for a tiny dollop of sour cream.
To say service was bad would imply we got service. Asked for chip refill at least 4 times and never got one. Water cups were empty most of the meal.
I was told margaritas was the special...- it was $10!
Then they had the nerve to add an 18% tip. We all insisted that get removed.
The manager did try to make it up by bringing a round of shots.More
It's been a few months since my last visit and this time I was solo. It seems the place is under new management and I had the privilege of meeting the manager. He came up to my table to check on me and asked about...the food. Of course I gave it a thumbs up. I changed it up and had the chicken enchiladas with chile con carne, along with their incredible black beans, which I found out are cooked fresh daily and not canned. Excellent. The one difference was the rice. They offer not only the standard Mexican rice, but have a cilantro and lime rice. At first it was fine, but as I ate more, the lime overpowered the dish and it became unpalatable. My server said that she would inform the cook, so hopefully they make adjustments. All in all a great place and hidden gem in Arlington. Great staff and the customers I spoke to loved the food. All gave me a big thumbs up.
*To the manager, keep up the good work, and I will definitely spread the word.More
The food is standard meat, cheese and tortillas. I didn't see anything on the menu that was creative or unique. There was never a crowd the two times I have been.
Hubs will never let us go back because he visited the restroom before our...food came out and said it was dirty and reeked of raw sewage. He didn't even eat his meal.More
Chili releno and enchilada plate was tasty. Beans and rice good. Spinach/mushroom quesadilla was good. Food portions good. Margaritas we're kinda small, not fresh, and seemed kinda expensive. Patio area in busy street seems to be unused mostly. Fast friendly staff!
