Nice small bar in the hotel, cool to be able to have a drink without having to leave the hotel. Also serve food but I did not eat.

Ok so I’m actually here right now. I walked past two young ladies. One who is I guess working at the bar/waitress and the other young lady who is I guess a hostess but not in uniform was talking. I went to the Starbucks area...looking for this bar and grill. The area is clearly empty so I guess it being my first time here I should have known that where they were standing was the restaurant (no one asked no one greeted) I came back to ask for the grill and bar and all I got was a look on interruption.... I’m sorry... I placed my order. I realized I didn’t mentioned I would be taking my meal to go do again I sadly interrupting their conversation to request a takeout.... unbelievable. I just collected my meal from another waiter who was pleasant. Just asking for ketchup was a little nerve racking because of the other 2 ladies. I shouldn’t have to say “ oh I’m sorry to bother you but can I get some customer service please”More

Only place really in immediate area.food tasted good but a bit overpriced. Waiter was very slow at his job, took forever to get the check. Drinks are a bit watered down.

The bar and grill staff did a great job at taking care of me and making me feel comfortable during my extended stay away from home. The food was good and very timely. I have a special diet and these guys accommodated my needs. Despite...a hectic work and travel schedule these guys made me feel right at home. Ryan, Charles, Anthony and Maria were consistently friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the company and support.More

The food tasted great and the beverage selection was ideal. Both Charles and Anthony are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure your visit is perfect.

They had a few more people than normal apparently and it caused issues in getting food out in a timely manner. Waited seven minutes to have a wait staff person come over and apologize for being slow because they were so busy. Had turkey club...which was good and the tortilla soup nice, too The food dishes coming out of kitchen looked good just slow service took them down a couple of levels. Located in Crown Plaza and just minutes from the Texas Rangers baseball park they did not even have the Rangers game against the Yankees on their big screens. They did after being asked but come on folks get with it you need to have the home team game on the big screenMore

As a hotel guest I came to like this small, in-hotel bar/grill more and more during a 4-day stay. The bar itself had six beers/ales on tap, more in bottles. All TVs had sports news or games. The evening shift bartender was attentive and cordial....At the grill, seating options were at booths, tables, and the bar. Table surfaces, glassware, and plates were clean. Silverware came with linen napkins. Over three evenings, I had a burger with French fries, a club sandwich with onion rings, and a big Cobb salad. All entrées were well prepared, but none was a real home run. Every table server was extraordinarily prompt and courteous. Overall quality of service here soared far above my first expectations.More

The restaurant was average for a Crowne Plaza hotel typical sports bar food. Limited menu and very limited wine selection. Wine was served in water glasses (-:
