Fattoush is a GEM of a place for fresh, tasty, and wholesome Mediterranean food. I’ve been to the Middle East many times and the food at Fattoush is better than any dishes I have had in are around Israel and the Arab nations.
I have dined for lunch and dinner dozens of times at Fattoush and never had even a questionable meal. They offer “lunch specials” and a host of dishes: Fattoush salad, Tabooli salad, hummus plain or with garlic or meat or chicken, chicken shawarma, Lebanese Kebba, Shish Tawook, Gyros and even some Iraqi-style dishes; like Lamb or Chicken Kozi.
My favorite? Chicken Shawarma with a cup (or bowl) of their Lentil soup. It’s fresh, served hot, grilled to perfection, and a generous portion.
The wait staff are attentive, the environment clean, and they follow the Covid-19 protocols to the letter.
Fattoush is a 5-star place to experience true Middle Eastern dining at a very reasonable fare.
And… they speak Arabic!

The food is fresh and delicious. I had the chicken with Rice, hummus and the lemon soup. The lemon soup is amazing I have never had that before. The hummus was very fresh and tasty and the chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice is absolutely to die for. I will definitely go back. The service was great and the server was very friendly. I’m so glad I found this place.

We had a chicken and beef plate that were finely cooked. The humus was very fresh and the flavor outstanding. The fries were crispy on the outside an slightly mushy on the inside, just as they should be. The price was moderate, our meals were in the $10-$12 range. Plenty of parking in the strip shopping center. The service was attentive. We will go back.

They have tasteful food. BUT The customer service is poor, except the lady that she occasionally does customer service as she always busy with cooking. This message is, particularly to the owner. He always shows a negative attitude and a lack of professionalism. The place is always unorganized and usually has filthy, sticky restaurant tables. Please act with kindness towards your customers and take care of the overall hygiene of your place. The restroom is not clean and the scullery has chaotic, dirty looking. I was trying to give 2 stars but health is important for me and for everyone. I will change my rate in the future if you fix your problems.

This has become my favorite place to eat. The food is always delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. I eat there a couple of times of week. If I could afford it and they were closer to my home I would eat there every day. The hummus is the best ever and I always get an order to go so I can have it to eat at home. If you like Mediterranean food you must give Fattoush a try.

I tried many dishes (lamb, chicken, gyro, kebba, hummus, baba...) and all are fabulous, fresh and tasty. The tiramisu is god sent. I cannot wait to come back to Texas !!!

Best food (and best food for the money) I tasted during my stay in Arlington. If it had been the first place I went, I would not have gone anywhere else. I was hoping it was delicious but it was more than that. If I could have it shipped to Lubbock once a week, I would do it. The tea was great and the employees/owners were very pleasant. I hated heading out for home because I wanted the Fattoush experience again. Do not miss out on this place.

This is a very casual, low key place in a strip mall. However, the food is incredible and the staff very friendly. We ordered many things and everything was amazing. The lebneh and the hummus -out of this world. The lamb -melt in your mouth. I wish I lived closer, I'd be there all the time.

I don't remember how Fattoush made it onto my "to try" list but I'm glad it did. I was hungry for some good middle eastern food and was looking through my TripAdvisor list of places to try and saw Fattoush. It's not too far from home but I'm not even sure I ever knew it was where it is because it's not easily visible from the road (in the back corner of a very deep, L-shaped strip shopping center).
The dining room was large well-lit and clean with plenty of room between tables. I was told to take my choice so I did so where I could see the television. But, all that was on was a cooking show so I amused myself on my smart phone instead. The menu is quite large. I decided to start with an order of Falafel and then get the Mixed Grill (chicken, beef and lamb) so I could try several different items. For my two sides I got Baba ghanoush and Hummus. They brought the Baba first with some pita. Then, shortly after, the Falafel and then almost immediately the Mixed Grill. I had ordered the Falafel as an appetizer so I expected it first but I ended up with everything pretty much all at once. Only problem with that is that some of the food got cold before I could get to it. However, while it was warm, it was very good. The Falafel was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The beef and the lamb were very tender and cooked just like I requested. (Medium) The hummus was excellent and the Baba was fair.
If you want a soda, they have them in bottles so no refills. I had unsweetened tea with mint. (No sweet tea.)
I took my time and enjoyed it all. The service was good and everyone was very friendly. There was steady traffic in and out so they appear to have a faithful clientele.
Overall, I enjoyed it greatly. I am not an expert on Mediterranean food and with the large menu there are many other things to try. If they're as good as what I had, there are plenty of reasons to return.

Absolutly amazing!!! We actually dined in day, we ordered the chicken Shawarma over hummus oh my God it was so yummy, the chicken was juicy and you vanntaste the garlic and the lemon in it! And the Iraqi lamb Kabab, super juicy and full of flavor, served with baba ghanouj (eggplant dip) and a small salad, perfectly grilled tomatoes and onions, that came with the Iraqi bread (its basically a larger portion of a plain naan bread)! Super yummy, great service but a bit slow it was only one guy there but he was great!

Incredible food and even better service. 22 of us showed up at 3:45 on a Saturday afternoon. They were fabulous! Set up a room just for us. Food was served in rapid fashion. Hot, fresh and delicious. Not a single mistake. That’s saying something for such a large group. I ordered chicken shawarma with rice and their very tasty fattoush salad. So good! My husband really enjoyed his lamb tikka. We shared an order of the BEST HUMMUS I’VE EVER EATEN. Was able to have a taste of their lemon soup, cucumber salad, gyro and babbaganoush. All were tasty. And I think overall on the healthy side. We’ve decided we need to go at least once a week. Be sure and try their mint iced tea....you won’t be sorry!!!

Went here on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed! In fact it was excellent! The hummus is the best I have ever had. It is super casual and there was a steady stream of take out orders while we were lunching. We will go back!!
