Excellent fish tacos, rice and black beans, My husband had Plato Al Pastor -- grilled beef marinated in adobo served with onions and chilies, cilantro, and guacamole. The service and food were excellent. Prices were very inexpensive. What a wonderful place to eat.

Super busy Friday night at this very local restaurant. Long wait for a table so we sat at the bard and terrific margaritas and tacos al pastor and adobada. This is Mexican food, not Tex-Mex, thank goodness. If that's what you want there will be plenty of other options. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back on our next overnight... More

I'm a native Texan that has lived elsewhere for many years. We are traveling and passing thru the tip of Texas. I went on-line to judge good restaurants as I wanted some delicious Mexican food. the food was very good but nothing outstanding. The service was with a smile and fast. The chips were excellent, some of the best I... More

This is real Mexican food folks, not Tex-mex and it's great!!! It's a little bit different from the usual Mexican fare, but it's all great!!! Try anything! This is really my favorite Mexican food place in Amarillo!!! Great staff too and great decor! I have nothing but praise for this spot!!!

We tried this place once, it wasn't our type of Mexican food. We like the Tex-Mex much better and there are too many good Mexican Rest. in Amarillo to waist money here. When we informed Mgt. of our thoughts about the taste and quality, they wouldn't honor our coupon which had been given to us by a friend, we now... More

Better than average- but not as special as the hype. Highlight: Chicken dishes, charro beans and good chips. The theme is not Tex Mex but more true Mexican with heavy sauces. Corn tortillas are fantastic. Margaritas are fair, do not ask for a skinny margarita, this is not on the menu. Service better then mentioned on TA. I am sure... More

Texas monthly reviewed this place as having one of the best Tacos in Texas and they were not wrong. The place is very busy and you might have to wait but it is worth it!

The food was delicious, service friendly though a little slow as it was crowded. It is a very popular restaurant due to the excellent Mexican food. Now I will recommend it to others!
