Oh my goodness, why did I wait??? I work across the street from 575 and had never tried it. The day was slow and hot so I thought what the heck! I ordered one! It was a great pizza, melted in my mouth, this may become a weekly events. Great service, great pizza, so-so prices, but well worth it.

The title is from the quotes above the kitchen. You'll have to visit this restaurant to read the rest. Very good pizza, extensive beer list, and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Beer selection is extensive. Pizza is the best in town. Weekends are crowded so get there early to avoid a long wait.

I was told about 575 while flying to Amarillo. The place has a hip vibe to it. The pizza is what we came for and it was very good. I ordered the Colorado which is a delicious veggie pizza. My colleague ordered the green highly and it tasted great as well. I would eat here again if I ever return... More

Very friendly service, although a bit slow. The pizzas came out correct, but they definitely didn't go crazy on the toppings, they were a bit light. We will be back, but it's not out #1 pizza place, based on the slow service.

Very busy, very popular pizza joint. Has excellent small salad and a long wine list. Very Very casual. But the pizza is expensive and if you're not wild about well done - burned looking pizza (hince the name 575 degrees) then go somewhere else. The pizza is very good if you ask to cook it a shorter time, but so... More

Long wait for over-priced burnt pizza. The food was sub-par. The caprese salad was average mozzarella served over canned stewed tomatoes with a balsamic vinegarette that had something grainy added in that ruined the taste. The brick-oven pizza had a watery "sauce" that caused the minuscule amount of cheese that was on the pizza to slide off, and the pizza... More

Went on Trip Advisor recommendations & we enjoyed our meal, garlic knots were great & our small meat pizza was enough for the two of us. Sangria was just'okay', nothing special. Staff was friendly & efficient! Would definitely eat there again.

I'm a "transplant" from PA and REALLY missing good pizza around here. After going to several local places and avoiding the yucky chains, this is the place to go! Plus, they have really good peach sangria!

Do not go to Amarillo without eating here! Their Omni pizza is the best pizza I've ever had (better than anything I've had in Dallas, Chicago, NYC, etc.). Great place to go to watch a game or for a family outing.
