Great assortment of yummy little pies and cakes. We tried Italian Cream, red velvet and chocolate cake, as well as a pecan pie. All were delicious. We'll go again!

Found this place while driving on Route 66 last May. Stopped in to see what flavors they had available. I created a sampler of coconut, buttermilk and pecan. They were all very tasty but I prefer the buttermilk. The crusts were extremely flaky and could tell they were homemade. Definitely worth a stop if you are on Route 66!! The... More

The buttermilk pie and pecan pie were delicious! We wanted more! The red velvet and German chocolate biti cakes were also favorites.

I'd seen Biti Pies on "Texas Country Reporter" quite a while ago and made a note to find them if I was ever in Amarillo. Well, am I glad I did! But I messed up because we live nearly 500 miles from there and we were just going through, so I bought 4 (3 pies and 1 cake) thinking I... More

I had saved this as a place to visit while in Amarillo, I'm so so so glad I did. I bought two pies and two cakes. While there the young lady that was helping me asked if I had ever tried the buttermilk. I said no I've never had buttermilk anything before. She gave me a mini buttermilk pie. And... More

The family who runs Biti Pies was super friendly, and the pies were absolutely fantastic - we got five different varieties and the crusts were sweet and flaky, the cakes were moist, and the fillings were divine and not too heavy. Definitely worth a stop!!

We tried to stop by the bakery since it is based in Amarillo, but they were closed for the holiday weekend. However, we found Biti Pies (and cakes) at the local Pak & Sak and bought 5 flavors. These things are delicious. Buttermilk pie! YUM! She really has the crust down to perfection. These are little biti pies, about 4... More
