Loved the house "Rita", the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived to settling the check. Had the advocado appetizer which they prepare at you table, very unique and top notch. Loved the chicken fajitas and tacos, highly recommend.

On a recent visit I had the chicken and shrimp with jalapeño sauce on rice. Excellent. To top it off I had their "special" margarita with a shot of tequila poured into a lime rind. Looked great and the lime infused the tequila so it was tequila/lime flavored. Great! I had two. Very effective.

Margaritas and fajitas accompanied by great service. We were seated immediately - chose to sit inside due to heat outside. Wait staff was very attentive and quick. Delicious! Definitely recommend.

During my work travels, I ended up walking over here, as the neighboring restaurant allowed smoking in the bar. What a great find! The margarita was phenomenal as was the fajita salad. I enjoyed it so much, I returned the next day to try something different. It did not disappoint! This time I tried the Enchilada Veracruz....wow, I have found... More

Basic menu with only a few options, known for great margaritas and table side made guacamole. All the food is good and service is always great. Substitutions and special requests welcome, as they should be in Texas. Great place to take people from up north that think they don't like Mexican food.

I stopped in on a Saturday evening for a quick dinner. Service was excellent. I was seated immediately and had a waiter at my table in 2 minutes. The chicken enchiladas are probably the best I have had in a long time! Fresh ingredients, great portion size and rice and beans were also homemade and unique!

Had lunch here with my husband & son and had both the chicken enchiladas and tamale plates. Both were delicious! Also had the chicken tortilla soup and it was one of the best I've had anywhere. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

I could tell just from looking at the menu that this place would be good....VERY limited menu for a Mexican place which usually translates into better quality. Indeed I was not disappointed. Had the fresh fish special and it was awesome. Three kinds of salsa for the chips and they were all good. Upscale Mexican!

Cantina Laredo is an above-average chain restaurant specializing in more upscale Mexican cuisine. Staff are very friendly and attentive, and even the manager checked to see if we were satisfied with our meals. My friend had the mole enchiladas, which he said were very good, and I opted for the large ensalada de camaron fresa, which included pineapple, strawberries, and... More
