I mean, it's a grilled cheese food truck, it's going to be fantatic. the peaches and herb is my favorite, but there are other good options like the glazed and confused or during cold weather, the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup.
Unfortunately, I don't know if I can keepp eating their sandwiches because I have developed an allergy to lactose, and it is a grilled cheese truck. I will miss it, I really did love their sandwiches.

Always fund to see this food truck at various events, because you know you will get quality food at a fair price. Their grilled cheese sandwich is amazing, as are the other things you can try. Check them out when you have the opportunity!

Good to excellent street food. Not too pricey and they were friendly and it appeared quite clean. We seek their truck out at local events. They always have a long line, but work fast.

We caught Toasted Traveler at Food Truck Tuesday. Good choice! Glenda had the turkey and cheese which she really liked. I did the Big Poppa which was great. Take a grilled cheese and add bacon, jalapeños, and cream cheese. Winner! Now, for a big guy like me, the sandwich was a little small, but that's ok. I got 2. Everyone was happy. They have quite a selection, so yes, you need to try them.

the Big Poppa was big and delicious. Cheesy with the flavor of bacon and jalapeños on jalapeño cornbread. And the soup was so good I had it more than once,even on a very warm day😀
If you're in Abilene,find their schedule on FB and go have some great food.

Enjoyed lunch with The Toasted Traveler! We tried the mac and cheese sandwich with bacon, the jalapeno cream cheese creation, and the yummy tomato basil soup. All five of us loved our meal and cannot wait to visit and try some more food. A great addition to Abilene!
