The waitress was pleasant enough but the food was fatty, fried, the emphasis was on quantity rather than quality.

I used to live in Blount County, and went here all the time. I love the crab ragoon and orange chicken. No other Chinese restaurant makes the crab ragoon like they do, and I've ate at alot of Chinese restaurants. I now live in Roane County and will travel to Blount County just to eat there. Peking has been great... More
Nope, been to alot of Chinese places, this one .....not good. Bathroom was filthy and smelled horrible. Good wasn't average at best. Very expensive considering the food. Perhaps I'm a bit harsh bur honestly can sometimes be considered harsh.
This is a small buffet, but the selections are pretty good quality. I had the hot and sour soup, which was good. To my surprise they had egg foo yung on the buffet, and it was excellent. There were fewer appetizer or finger food items that most other buffets...they had egg rolls, dumplings, chicken skewers.... There were about a dozen... More
If you are interested in a buffet and are close the Peking is a good place to eat. My Dad's favorite Chinese restaurant. Mostly locals eat here. Food is always good but selection is limited. At peak times they sometimes run out of a selection but is always refreshed in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are reasonable.
If you go from 11 till 1:00 the food is fresh and very good. And the prices are reasonable. Its buffet style, all-you-can-eat.
Maybe 3 1/2 if they had halves. This is a nice buffet to go to. The staff here are friendly and the food a little above average. This is a fairly small place but it is worth going to.
If you are looking for just Chinese takeout it is typical pretty good. I used to dine in before as the food like I said is good but nothing special bit the last time we dined in we took our nephew whom I didn't know his exact age when she asked I told her 3 or 4 years old and... More
Peking has a very good buffet, especially on weekends when they include fish. The food is consistently good, and the service is attentive. I agree with the other reviewer, but the chicken in wine sauce and fish are my favorite. The prices are very reasonable for a buffet of this quality and with this variety of options!
