We have eaten at many different Cheddar's and usually have the same thing. The food here was perfectly cooked. We had a bacon cheeseburger, chips and queso, and cheese fries. Service was a 10 star. Service can make or break it and it was excellent here. It is also an excellent value for the food you receive here.

I ate here twice during my stay in the area. The first time it was for dinner and I had salmon. It was very tasty. Service was mediocre but I was offered a soft drink refill to take with me. I liked that. The second visit was for lunch. I had a salad and a burger. Service was a little... More

Food is great. Portions are always huge, but it's the professional service that sets this Cheddar's apart from all the other chain restaurants. Well dressed and always professional waiters and waitresses are a pleasant surprise we always count on. Thank you, Cheddar's Alcoa!

We always love Cheddar's...consistent food quality with large portions...however this was the best service we've ever had! Chris was our server and he was extremely friendly and was on top of everything we would go back just to have him take care of us!

They stay busy... Why? Great food, great prices, good service, good menu variety. Grilled catfish is my favorite, and the side dishes are all good. I like the huge aquarium and the giant paddle-fan overhead... It really adds to the atmosphere. Honest... It is the best deal for really good food that you can find at a nice sit-down restaurant.

We were staying in Knoxville near the airport so thought we would give this a try. Food was good, server was good, so I would say just your average restaurant. Prices are very good. Give it a try if your in the area. I would visit again.

Close to the airport, this restaurant is always reliably good! Pretty basic food, tasty and service us usually on spot. It is a chain, so nothing out of the ordinary, but as chains go, I like the food. Pretty fast and not expensive. Big servings, so you won't leave hungry!! it can be noisy though when it's busy....and typical lunch... More

Four of us visited Cheddar's for a gathering of old friends. We were quickly seated and the waitress was fast and efficient. The food came out quickly and was exactly as ordered. And there was a lot of it for the price. I had the pick two combo and opted for a house salad and half club sandwich. The salad... More

We went on a Sunday after church, which was about 1300. The place was not crowded, regular seating 70-80% full and bar area less than 50% full. My son and I sat in the bar area. It took a while to get served, at least from our server. I noticed a marked difference between our server and the one for... More
