During our recent 3-day stay in Aiken we ate lunch 2 days and dinner 1 day. The food and service are fantastic. Chef Michael creates interesting entree and desert specials daily in addition to the core menu. We particularly enjoyed the soups and deserts this week, and a couple of months ago on our previous trip. Be sure to make... More

I really like this place for lunch. My realtor and I went here for lunch. Our food was delicious. It was packed with patrons. I would definitely eat here if I was in Aiken again.

Stopped in here on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the charming downtown area and this restaurant. We ate a grilled chicken salad with pecans and peaches and a summer vegetable risotto and liked both, though the salad was more flavorful. Service was excellent and the restaurant is very classy. Lots of older folks in here on a... More

Malia uses local natural ingredients where possible. The preparation is excellent. The result is really great.

We joined friends for a late dinner. Our waiter was attentive and gave suggestions. We ordered 4 appetizers, a bottle of house wine and 4entrees. Close to $200. Squid appetizer was bland. Lemon cream sauce pasta was bland and flavorless. Veal saltimbocca was just it good at all.

I have to say I was very surprised that a little restaurant in Aiken could be this good. Started with a very good split pea soup. I had the risotto which was amazing. My friends had salmon and roasted chicken. Both report that everything was great. I highly recommend this place if you are in Aiken.

Have been going to Malia's since arriving in Aiken 15 years ago, and no other restaurant in town compares in refinement, and quality of food and selection on the menu. This evening I enjoyed the New Zealand lamb chops and it is one of the most delicious entrees I have tasted! You simply cannot go wrong with anything at Malia's.

Excellent service, excellent food. There was a miscommunication between the waiter an me about my order (I pointed to the tomato vidalia pie, but he thought i was pointing to the Shrimp Pontchartrain), but what I got looked so good I let it slide. It tasted great - shrimp on top of fried eggplant (I think) covered with cheese sauce... More

Drove from Spartanburg for weekend. Loved the food...great specialty drinks. Chef was amazing and so personable. Everything delicious. Special efforts made to ensure our dining experience was wonderful. If you're in Aiken...you need to eat here.
