This is an old family restaurant that serves great breakfast lunch and dinners. Local color and atmosphere between chef and waitresses great dinning experience with very good homemade fresh food

We use to go there late at night for breakfast after going out for the evening. Each booth has it's own little juke box. (Blast from the past). It's been updated, but still retro. We've gone back since then. The food was always good. Still is.

Always a hometown favorite for post night shift breakfast. Parking can be a bit limited at times. The menu has a lot of options and it's also very affordable. There's a lot of seating including bar stools closer to the kitchen. This restaurant has a very old fashioned layout and vibe to it with jukebox's by the tables and those... More

Owner screamed at my 81 year old parents because they complained that there was no pork in sauerkraut, just hot dogs. Told them to go buy a pork roast and cook it at home. Then threw them out. Will never step foot in the place again!

Been there 3 times now & each time was an amazing portion for the price. Family owned & operated, like a trip back in time with the counter & kitchen communication. Busy as can be so you know it's good.

Tom & Joe's is not only a local favorite, but also a tourist "have to" spot to dine, especially for breakfast!! The staff and owners are amazingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. While it's not the most wheelchair accesible they do their best at accommodating and make you feel welcome. This is an historic and amazing spit to eat. If your... More

Stopped here as it was listed as one of the top 10 diners in PA to visit. We were not disappointed. Breakfast was hot, tasty and cheap!! Atmosphere is a reflection of yesteryear and nostalgic of the good, old days. Lots of yelling from waitresses to cooks in the kitchen re: orders, etc. Loved it and loved our breakfast!!

Open since 1933 - this is the place to be greeted and treated like family. No one is a stranger and the service almost matches the excellent quality of the food. It's a breakfast must - see and do! This is a local's delight and they share. It's not quiet; but it is a classic. Menu choices, choices, choices .... More

Looked for a place for breakfast that wasn't some fast food joint. Nice old diner with good service and food, local hangout as you watched folks come in. Lunch specials looked good and would have tried the soup but we were on the road.

Had breakfast here over the weekend with my family. If you are looking for a quite place to enjoy breakfast, this is not the place for you!! The servers are constantly yelling back and forth to the kitchen and our server was in a rush and kind of rude when taking our order. Someone told me that is part of... More
