Terrific food! Unique choices (ie venison, pheasant...) stuffed banana peppers are amazing! The only thing is it takes a while so if you are in a hurry go somewhere else.

We decided to give this restaurant another visit. Disappointing. I had the "pot roast" - fatty. I was turned off. My guest had the lobster over pasta. Overcooked lobster and mushy pasta. We did not have desert. We were the last table seated and the staff was ready to shut down for the evening. It was 8:40 p.m. Our server... More

Date night this past weekend with my wife. Recalled the glory days of Tuscan back in 90's, haven't been back because of the comments we've seen. Stuffed pepper appetizer set the mood and the salad, oh the salad with their creamy balsamic dressing and gorgonzola cheese!!!!! Our entrees of Day boat scallops on a winter squash puree and seafood risotto... More

This place is a little hard to find (turn west onto Wildwood Rd. from Rt. 8 and when you go down the hill, GO SLOW or you will blow right past it) and is unimpressive on the outside from the road and little parking lot, but everything you want from your own little secret quality restaurant is inside - good... After struggling for a period after change in ownership , the Tuscan Inn seems to have regained its solid ,old form . In contrast to many newer restaurants squeezed into Strip Mall quarters, the Tuscan Inn is large , warm , and relatively quiet . The food is generally very good . Thumbs up for the house salad , the... More

We had a great meal tonight at Tuscan Inn. This place never disappoints. Such a nice atmosphere- great place for quiet conversation and excellent food. You don't find this kind of intimate experience at the very very busy and loud chain restaurants in the area. The master chef (Jason) came out early-on and again as we were finishing. Pam was... We were shopping at Ross Park Mall and my wife found this restaurant which we thought was close by. It was actually a long winding path to find the Tuscan Inn! The restaurant is cozy and small so we enjoyed the ambiance. If I only rated the minestrone and filet, the restaurant would definitely be a 5. Unfortunately, the white... More

I wasn't aware that the Tuscan Inn (one of my favorite restaurants) had undergone new ownership..Their segway really seemed that seamless..but from reading the trip advisor it does appear they have changed. So I wanted to review it to compare and contrast. The salad/flat bread is subtly different but I have to say their entrees are still very pleasantly rustic.... More

My wife and daughter and I had just come a cold soccer game and we had the perfect Tuscan fall meal. We found the restaurant warm and inviting with hearty portions, delicious food and excellent service! We have had meals over the years at the Tuscan Inn and this was by far one of the best. Down to earth Tuscan... More

After reading the other reviews I guess I have to first say that I never experienced the Tuscan Inn with the original owners, but my husband and I just tried it for the first time and we really enjoyed it! We recently moved back to Pittsburgh from Asheville, NC and have really been missing the eclectic and creative food there.... More
