Friendly staff. No reservations but called ahead. Beer is great! Definitely recommend the cheese soup, or just to try get the Bavarian pretzels. Comes with cheese soup to dip. Pub food but all good.

Great atmosphere, decent beer, but the service was very slow. Food was average, but we would come back to try it again.

My college-age son and I had dinner here before a pre-season Flyers game held at the nearby PPL Center. Very interesting industrial/loft-style decor with an attractive bar. We had the beer cheddar soup and stout-flavored chili, both of which were delicious! Fried pierogies were flavorful but heavy - that, however, is true of all pierogies! The brined and batter-dipped chicken... More

My husband and I met a friend for dinner at Allentown Brew Works. They have quite a few of their beers on tap and others in bottles. I really enjoyed the Imperial Stout. Their "Stout Onion" soup had lots of onions and cheese and a wonderful broth. For my entree I had the "Wild Mushroom Kale Ricotta" sandwich which I... More

Great experience for a wedding, cocktail hour, reception, and after party. We couldn't imagine what the experience would be like but it was incredible. All of the food was excellent, from the hor d'oeurves to the formal dinner. The service matched the food from the bartenders to the food. Also, love the architectural.

We had a good time here! The service was fast and the food was very good! We came at a busy time, and some of us were starving and in no mood to wait too long, but, they got to us fast! The prices were fair for downtown, and they gave you a nice amount of food. I will be... More

We spent three hours here. They have a big party room on the fifth floor the can handle over 100 people. The selection of craft beers and wines is impressive. I enjoyed the blond ale and my BW liked the Merlot. The coconut shrimp were good, except they were smaller. The crab-stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, and sliced cucumbers were tasty.... More

I enjoy this space and it has all the great elements of a wonderful restaurant; however, there's a good chance your food will not come out at the same time for your table. This has happened several times for us. On two occasions, it was 45 min between the first and last person got their meal and this was for... More

This was the first restaurant my wife & I went to when we visited Allentown. We would definitely go back! The food was excellent! We would recommend the pretzel sticks & beer cheese soup appetizer. And my wife had a turkey sloppy joe that was delicious. The beers are awesome! Would recommend any of their draft beers. But Steelgaarden Wit... More

Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, the food and beer is good. Lentil burger was very good and the brat sandwich was good. Would recommend stopping by when in the Lehigh Valley area.

Thank Beverly K
