Larks is in the Ashland Springs Hotel, my favorite for Ashland and OSF. Larks is always excellent--always good fresh fish (Alaskan cod and halibut for example) and always lovely service. Convenient to OSF

We really enjoyed the setting and professional service. The arugula salad was fabulous. Perhaps the entrees less so.

We have been to both Larks locations many times. The food is always prepared so well and the service is first class. If you want a decandent meal get the fried chicken with the potatoes and country gravy. It’s great. Usually the specials hit it...More

Initially we had different plans for lunch as we walked through town. I had remembered Lark had mostly 5 stars on Trip Advisor. I enjoyed the APRICOT MUSTARD GLAZE, WARM FRENCH ONION POTATO SALAD, GREEN BEAN. Fresh ingredients and locally sourced. A chalk board on...More

The Lark is a must-visit place in Ashland. Looks like an old-style Ladies'lunch spot --all sunny yellow and wicker. Actually, good basic organic offerings without being weird. Locally sourced, well prepared, reasonably priced. A good choice while in Ashland. Something for all sorts of diners....More

This is our third year in a row eating at Larks. It has never failed to impress. The service is attentive and the food is exceptional. The combinations of flavors are wonderful. We had a late lunch so only a couple of shared starters; cioppino...More

My daughter treated the family women to lunch during a wedding weekend at the Lark. The service was friendly and attentive without being oppressive. Everyone loved their food. I had the best Cobb salad I have ever had: the chicken was smoked and the bacon...More

I had several friends advise me about Larks and their great experiences. I was told that I had to try the fried chicken so who was I to argue. I was not disappointed with my meal. I substituted the collared greens for grilled asparagus which...More

I believe they open between four and five PM. Most restaurants in Ashland start serving dinner early so diners can see some of the Green Show and an 8:00 curtain at OSF.

LARKS HOME KITCHEN CUISINE celebrates Oregon - its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries - offering dishes that excite and surprise with freshness and flavors. We are passionately committed to offering the most fresh & local ingredients possible. Larks celebrates Oregon's bounty by creating innovative cuisine from scratch, offering a unique dining experience. Our restaurant Executive chef, Damon Jones, is a master in showcasing opulent seasonal ingredients delivered daily from local farms, delighting visitors with the flavors of this amazing region. Larks' kitchen is full of many talented people including two Sous Chefs - Franco Console and Robert Wilson - Pastry Chef Terra Sharp, and many other 'food artists' whose creativity and attention to quality is expressed in every daily special. Dishes like steak, hearty soups, flavorful salads and grilled Northwest steelhead are the most popular. Other specialties include pork chops and apple and caramelized onion fondue. Ingredients like truffle oil, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, pears, and marionberries layer in the Oregon flavor. Our Pastry Chef's creations depend on what is available that season and include fruit tarts, chocolate cake with housemade salted caramel ice cream, or cranberry-pumpkin bread pudding. Our beverage selection extends the theme of local and seasonal with a choice of herb-infused cocktails made with Oregon spirits, local wines, and beers. Larks' downtown Ashland, Oregon restaurant creates a connection between restaurant guests and our local farmers, ranchers, distillers, and winemakers. Come on in for a taste of local flavor.
