This is our second time having dinner here. We were here last year and went to the Shakespeare Festival play also. The food here is very good and the services is excellent. Very nice restaurant located in a hotel. My wife had the specials of the day which was a New York strip steak done really perfect. I had a... More

we usually have a large group dinner at Amuse every year as we meet friends and family to attend performances at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We have a range of tastes and diets (several vegan/vegetarians) but always find the meals superb and the service wonderful. It is pricey - but it is worth the price. Great wine menu to boot.

The best, if not the best food served in Ashland. Smallish portions and relatively expense but worth it.

Fantastic service, delicious variety of menu choices. I am mostly vegetarian and when I heard Amuse was French I was slightly concerned the menu would be all meat dishes. We started with the best old fashioned I have had in a while... and the meal was perfection from my quinoa salad , to my dessert of creamy triple delicious cheese... More

We had been urged to try Amuse by a friend whose son was on staff of the OSF. We expected excellence - we got good. Every restaurant has an off night or two. Service was slow, the food was, for the price' merely OK. We tried it again last year but will not reserve this year. Wish I could be... More

No way to say how the service, tables and mostly menu selection couldn't be better. Fine wine selection and ....finally.... enough wait staff! We had the scallops and frankly they can't be beat. Watch out Larks.

We started our meal with well made Manhattans. My wife had the skirt steak and I had the scallops. Both were cooked to perfection with accompaniments that paired well. This was followed by a sharing a Gouda cheese plate as well as the hot Beignets. We enjoyed all of our choices, feeling everything was well prepared. If in Ashland again... More

During a visit to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival this summer, we chose to dine at Amuse, to cap what we thought would be a fantastic theater experience. While we were disappointed with the Shakespeare interpretations at the current incarnation of the festival, I'm happy to say that Amuse excelled. The décor of the restaurant is very simple; and rightly so,... More

I had previously been warned by concerned friends, Amuse was expensive, but had not been told if it was worth the price. It was! It was! Worth every penny! Their wine list is impressive and their cocktails are a generous pour. The service staff is patient, friendly, efficient, quick and professional, giving us ample time to converse while deciding on...
