We went here due to good reviews for my husband's birthday. I was disappointed. In terms of Ambiance, it is okay, but it was so cold inside I had to keep my jacket on and the server brought me a blanket. My husband ordered the...eggplant steak, it was hard, chewy and tasteless. My house capellini was okay, but nothing special. My daugher had the carbonara, also okay but not great. The antipasti plate was very scant, mostly canned items like canned artichoke, peppers, olives and beans with three slices of cheese. The portions are miniscule, and the food was definitely not worthy of 5 stars. I would not return.More

We were passing through Ashland and decided to stop for dinner. We read the reviews about this off the beaten track restaurant and decided to take a chance. We can tell you that this night we had by far one of the best Italian meals...we have ever eaten outside of Milan. Don't hesitate if you want an upscale meal and taste real home style quality.More

I haven’t had a dining experience like this since I was in Italy two years ago( before Covid)... what a wonderful surprise to stumble upon this restaurant on my road trip through Oregon! Our server Andreas was not only charming and efficient but so helpful!...Our food from appetizer to main course was absolutely a 10. The homemade pasta with the seafood sauce has me wanting to go back for more!!More

A really excellent dinner and can’t wait to return on our next visit to Ashland. Although they were very busy, our server did an outstanding job with keeping the flow of our dinner relaxing but attentive to our needs. We were a little disappointed that...they were out of the Halibut but probably our fault for choosing to eat later in the evening. However, our lamb chops were perfectly prepared and very delicious. The four course meal is quite a lot of food so my wife chose the three course option and we shared my pasta dish which happened to be the best ravioli with brown butter and sage that I’ve ever had! Ambiance, wine list, food, and service was simply outstanding!More

We had dinner reservations at 5:30pm. It was our wedding anniversary. We ordered the 4 course service and paid an up charge for the lobster ravioli. We also paid for the special which was a fish stew... where the fish was dried out. I inquired...about their port wines and expressed interest in dessert. When we pulled up, there were 2 tables before us...one outside and one inside. Before we got our entrees, 2 other tables had their entrees before us. They too had ordered the 4 course meals. Our server had barely paid attention to us. Our food was just simply dropped off. Maximum tables in the entire place was 7-8 tables from 5:30-7:00pm. They had 2 servers and couldn't deal with it. I heard the other server offer an extra plate for the shells and tails for their customer that ordered the same thing as my husband. Our server never did that. There was a huge lag in between the courses. We were not the servers priority. The service sucked. I want to also put it out there, that I have had a decade of food service experience. I was horrified with the lack of attention and level of service that was provided. The Winchester House (Alchemy) has exceptional service, the Arbor House is awesome and Rivers Edge in Grants Pass is great too. Do not waste your time on this place. Rebekah needs some training on how to work her station. Rebekah needs to focus on all of her tables. We were super disappointed.More

As Ashland locals, I always like to watch for the specials they offer because it is not so much food as their multicourse dinner. We recently went for their anniversary dinner which was wonderful and offered at $14 for 4 courses--can't beat that anywhere. I...especially love their antipasta and taramisu. Everything we have ever had here has been good.More

We have been coming to Ashland for many years to visit family and enjoy the City. CB is by far the best restaurant we have found for dinner. Don't let the four course menu throw you. There are many choices for primi and secondi and...if you ask you can do two pasta dishes instead of meat. They start off with a generous and fresh antipasto plate and finish with a fresh salad. Wine list is Italian and local and prices are reasonable. Best tables are in the addition to the house with a great fireplace.More

Old world charm. Excellent food. Cucina Biazzi is one of the oldest restaurants in Ashland . It has been on E. Main St. for many years and I am told it has been run by the same owners throughout its existence. It is unique to...say the least as you choose 2 entrees and the last course is a salad if you don’t opt for dessert. The service was friendly and wonderful. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order. We has the pork dish ( Arista) and the fish stew. Both were very good. The price of the second entree is the price of the 3 course and the antipasti plate and it can add up so be aware. All in all this restaurant has been around a long time due to its excellence and uniqueness. Recommended.More

I’ve been going to Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for over 25 years, and each time I look forward to dining at Cucina Biazzi. It’s a warm, friendly atmosphere in a house, with a spacious patio area for warmer evenings. For the price of...your entrèe, you get four courses: Dinner begins with a full and varied antipasto platter with cheese, mushrooms, peppers, white beans and tuna salad, pesto bruschetta, etc. You choose your pasta starter from a hard-to-choose list; my favorite is the angel hair pasta with olive oil, spinach, bread crumbs, parmesan and lemon. The lobster ravioli is a slight upcharge, but the cream sauce is divine. Entrèes have daily specials; portions are reasonable (this is a four-course meal after all!). The meal is finished off with a fresh salad — very European! I normally do not have room for dessert, preferring to finish off the bottle of wine from their customer-friendly wine list. Of the over thirty times I’ve dined there, service was consistently caring and efficient.More

Enter past an outdoor fireplace framed by potted geraniums. It’s a perhaps century old house, beautifully restored with figured windows, beveled glass, meticulous finishing. Slightly cramped seating, but otherwise welcoming and comfortable. Delicious Italian-North American food with a nice variety of local, regional, American and...European wine, reasonably priced. Three of us had Petrale sole, prepared such that the delicate fish flavor was enhanced, not overwhelmed. My wife’s seared chicken breast was perfect. Definitely a return visit!More

We have eaten at Cucina Biazzi at least ten times on our visits to OSF. The drinks, wine and food are all very good. Each meal starts with delicious antipasti. We typically enjoy the fresh seafood offering. The capellini is consistetnly wonderful.

Great Italian Restaurant in Ashland. Four of us went to celebrate a birthday. Each of us had a different entre, but we all had the lobster ravioli as the pasta dish. Meals are four courses: antipasto, pasta, entre, and salad. All were excellent. Service was...great. Both indoor and patio seating is available.More

We were only in town overnight and found this place online. We called and made a reservation and were easily fit in on this early Sunday evening. We booked a table outside but when we arrived it was too sunny on the tables still open....We opted for inside in the front of the restaurant. Perfect table for 2.facing the main drag of Ashland. When we saw the menu we were taken back by the fact that you needed to order a 4 course meal. We do not have big appetites so we spoke to our waitress. She was both waitress and bartender and was fabulous! She explained we could share a meal with an additional cost of $10. It was perfect! First course was an amazing antipasta plate filled with an assortment of goodies. Homemade toast points with a basil spread were fab! Next course we had the pasta cooked with fresh spinach leaves and garlic with fresh bread crumbs and grated cheese....wonderful!! Main course was the roast loin of pork served in it's own juice with perfect new potatoes and a side of fresh spinach. We were stuffed and even brought part of it home! We are so happy to have stopped and found Cucina Biazzi and will definitely return here!More
