This place is consistant and the staff is atentive. I am a local and eat here often. Whether you are with a large group or on an intimate date peerless hits the spot. Indoor or out the atmosphere is great.

Peerless Restaurant continues to be my favorite Ashland restaurant. It's outstanding and creative menu is filled with innovative delicious recipes and food combinations that one rarely finds in other restaurants. The wait staff is also outstanding, being very helpful and knowledgeable about both the food and their excellent selection of wines. It is my favorite destination for family and friends... More

On July 9th, 2016, we had the pleasure of having an after wedding party. Starting in the garden all 30 of us guests were treated like King's and Queen's. Harlan Brooks, the executive chef prepared fantastic food, a fine dining experience. Bridgette on of our servers took care of our every whim. All servers were fun and on the spot... More

Dinner before theatre. Excellent service at a comfortable table inside ( rain threatened). The skewered Prawn with snow peas and a spicy- sweet dip started us off. Large prawns just right. Snow peas a bit of crunch. Flavored popped. The lamb (small plate) and chicken (large plate) both outstanding - cooked to order served hot and timely. Wasabi mashed potatoes... More

Good local fair with a nice atmosphere outside on the patio/lawn. Great place for a special occasion. Expensive but delicious.

Had dinner for two here before a play. While the ambience is wonderful, our experience didn't match the fine-dining price of the food. I hope our server was just having a bad day because he was very unfriendly. My friend enjoyed her steak, but my scallops were way too salty -- I should have sent them back.

I am very sorry that your experience with us with was not peerless. We take great pride in what we do and if we do not meet (or exceed) guests expectations in all areas of their meal, we very much what to know. I would welcome a call from you, should you wish to discuss your dinner with me personally.... More

We enjoy Peerless immensely when visiting Ashland for the OSF. The garden is a lovely place to eat, the Humboldt Bay oysters, small and succulent, the sushi on seaweed instead of rice, and the lamb steak very succulent. Service is superb. The wine list is excellent.

The location half a dozen blocks away from the ever popular downtown theater area means that many people tend to overlook this gem. Big mistake! The food is great and the staff is superlative. It's definitely one of our favorites whenever we're in Ashland.

Great restaurant tucked away from the main streets of Ashland. Great food, reasonable prices. Make this one of your Ashland Stops during the festival.

This restaurant is next to the hotel of the same name. Service was excellent and the menu varied. Very good wine list.....including Château d'Yquem by the glass! A few blocks away from the core of Ashland but worth the walk.
